The Space

This newly renovated duplex is just across the street from the white sandy beaches on the Gulf of Mexico! One half of the duplex is available featuring a good size, comfortable living area, new kitchen with marble counter tops, custom cabinetry, all new appliances, private bedroom with a QUEEN size bed and bathroom with new tile and fixtures. The super clean, freshly painted space is an excellent alternative to busy beach hotels. No one will knock on your door and yell "house keeping"! Relax on the front porch or patio and plan your activities for the day. Many options await you...the beach is always a great choice or if you prefer, many shops and restaurants are a short walk across John's Pass bridge. Try your luck fishing off of the dock on Boca Ciega Bay or watch the boats go by.The Free Beach Taxi can pick you up at your doorstep and deliver you to any spot along Treasure Island. There is also a beach shuttle (the stop is directly acroos the street) that travels from Maderia Beach through Treasure Island to St. Pete Beach. The cities of St. Petersburg and Tampa are very close by and offer museums, professional sports and exciting night life.
The duplex is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood that is convenient to everything to make your stay in Treasure Island a memorable experience.
We look forward to having you discover our gem on Treasure Island!

  • Tom's place was great for a long weekend stay over the Fourth of July holiday. The location is terrific and the beach chairs, towels and umbrella were really useful. Everything was very clean and in good taste and condition. I recommend a stay here.

  • This is a GREAT place to stay in Florida! Tom was a gracious host and ensured we had everything we needed. It is less than a 2-minute walk to the beach (I timed it.) It is located to the north on Treasure Island so the beach was not crowded on the 3 days we were there (including a Friday and Saturday.) This would be a perfect place for a couple looking for some beach time! The Salvador Dali Museum in downton St. Pete was a pleasant find and a definite highlight of the trip. The place itself was clean and you could tell it has been updated with care. When we come back, we will stay here again.

  • Tom is a great host and his place has a wonderful location, was recently renovated, and has a great backyard to sit around and relax. The attention to detail makes the stay that much more enjoyable. The beach is very close as is John's Pass. I highly recommend this place and Tom.

  • Tom's place was great. He met us when we arrived and had some provisions in the refrigerator for us. The unit was clean and very well kept and even had a backyard patio area to eat meals. We stayed here over Memorial Day Weekend and the location was perfect - close to the beach (2 minute walk) and John's Pass (5-10 minute walk). We would definitely stay here again.

  • This place was amazing. Stayed for 2 nights, wish it would've been much more. Tom provided so much - full kitchen, beach towels, chairs, games, etc. The place looks like it was recently updated. Free parking and so very close to the beach - a 2 or 3 minute walk. We will definitely be back here, no reason to stay in a hotel! A beautiful back patio with firepit, table and chairs - and sun shades too!

  • Fantastic! Tom has a lovely place, with everything we could have needed. It felt like our home away from home. And the beach is so close! Highly recommend, and we can't wait to go back!

  • My friend and I had a fabulous stay at Tom's. The home was well kept and steps away from the beach. Beach chairs, towels and a beach umbrella was provided. Tom's hospitality was greatly appreciated and would book his place again whenever I'm looking for a beach getaway.

  • This is a great property and great location. You can tell that the home and landscaping were recently updated. It right across the Johns Pass drawbridge and all the shops and dining. Also, very close to the beach. I exchanged a few texts with Tom, but did not meet him. He was very responsive and helpful in any questions. I met the host, Tanasa and she was great. I would recommend this place to anyone that likes a touch of home on their vacation. Thanks for everything, your property made for a memorable family vacation.
