But we will be happy to meet your creative needs- so please let us know them in advance!

Please review all the sleeping & bathroom details in our listing with all folks in your party to make sure you that all will feel comfortable with such accommodations.
Comfort is a subjective term and while we try to provide our guests with the amount of space & privacy the way we perceive it, we understand that some people not only don't mind but actually feel good in more "densely populated" scenarios.
Parking: free on-street parking next to our building in a quiet but very well exposed & safe alley.
We have kids and we understand and welcome families w/kids.
We also have dogs and we welcome folks w/dogs too, any size, any breed, or a mix of them. Dogs stay for free with their responsible owners. Maximum amount of pets per stay is 2.

ENJOY YOUR STAY!
Eva went way out of her way to make sure we had an amazing time visiting Pittsburgh. The place is awesome! Exactly like you would expect in the pictures. She brought us snacks and food just in case we were hungry and didn't want to go out hunting for food. All in all expect great hospitality.
Eva is a fantastic host! I had some car trouble and she went out of her way to put me in touch with a mechanic who would be open on the weekend.
It was so nice staying in a space with music hook up and a well-organized kitchen space. The loft is a fun space to stay.
We were so impressed with Eva's Artsy Loft! it was very funky and edgy, yet homey and well appointed! She had left groceries and most importantly, coffee! The televsion was so fancy, we had a ball watching the NCAA championship! The furniture was just as comfortable as it was attractive. But perhaps the best part of Artsy Loft was it's location! Located at the tip of Northside, we easily walked to the strip and downtown! Thankfully we had excellent weather! This was our first trip to Pittsburgh, and it was unanimous - we loved it and hope to come back this summer when the Pirates are home! Thank you Eva!
The space worked for the things we wanted, something affordable close to downtown and that allowed for work socializing in the space by a handful of people presenting at a conference together.
I appreciated the kitchen and Eva's flexibility with our late arrival, as we were driving cross country in early spring weather.
-The absence of closets, dressers, or hanging bars is a challenge over a week long period
-The flash hot water system takes some adjusting to, although admirable for being energy saving. I suggest setting the temp at the heater to your preferred showering temp, and don't turn the shower on full blast. It can't keep up with the flow demand.
Thank you for your review, Mario. There is a red dresser left empty (except for several coat hangers in it) for the use of our guests, there's a lot of empty shelf space in the adjoining navy-blue cabinets, there's also a coat rack. If you had trouble finding these I wish you had asked about it as you had about other details. There are no closets in this loft and it is clearly presented in our (website hidden): shower- we've never had any complaints about the inadequate amount of hot water but we will certainly have it checked.
I'm glad that the space worked out for you otherwise.
My friend and I enjoyed this lovely loft this past weekend! Everything was in great shape and very clean. Very cozy! Eva is a wonderful host and she left us lots of nice little treats for breakfast and made us feel very welcome! The location is perfect for walking to the Strip District as well as other places! It was also great having an actual parking spot and not having to worry about leaving and coming back! I look forward to staying here again in the near future! I highly recommend staying here! :) Thanks again!
Eva was a gracious host, and the loft is a fun space in a good location. Convenient to downtown and several shopping and dining districts.
Well-equipped kitchen, good A/V system, plenty of seating and sleeping space. Eva was very communicative before we arrived, and gave us some great tips on how to get around the neighborhood once we got there. It's a loft space, so heating and cooling can be a little tricky. All in all, a great experience!
Really enjoyed staying in Eva's loft. She was an incredible host when we arrived providing sundries and information about the city. The space itself is very bright and cheery. It is a great place to spend time and to get a little work done. There is also a projector for doing full screen Netflix which was a really nice touch. You can walk to the strip district and all it's restaurants and shops. Plus Primanti Brothers is open 24 hours so you are always walking distance from a meal and Pittsburgh landmark. I have family in Pittsburgh so I will be coming back often, i'll make a point of seeing if this loft is available when I do.
We were truly pleased and impressed with the pristine condition you and Joanna left our loft in!
Not to even mention the pooches!
BTW, we kept your doggie- hideaway crate- for others w/dogs or - hopefully- yinz coming back :-)
We- um...ate your leftover cheese. And veggies...Shhhh....
Best of luck to you- wherever you go :-)
And- welcome back ANYTIME!
It's been already couple of years ago since I started using airbnb, both as a host and also- on my recent trip to Nepal- as a guest. I believe this is hands down the best way to visit places around the world- to get in touch with real, local people and to take their real-life, real-time advice, something that no hotels or tourist guidebooks can fully give you. Something that also- by the uniqueness of each place makes you feel more like a guest, less like a -customer. Not to mention the human connection: my past hosts are now my friends.
About our space: I live at a different location now but my partner & I, both designers have designed, built and used it as our multidisciplinary studio for the past 20+ years. It's been a constant work-in-progress but we try our best to update the info & the photos regularly.
We have hosted plenty of our friends and guests here and they still keep coming back for more :-)
We are long-time Pittsburghers, we love this city with all its quirks and will be happy to share our knowledge with you.
