Candler Park is a wonderful neighborhood with beautiful 1920s Craftsman bungalow homes, excellent parks, and a fun business district located on Atlanta's east side near Emory University. Candler Park is a neighborhood with a true sense of community where neighbors know one another and socialize. It is also one of the few neighborhoods in the city that has basically everything you need -- from it's own business district (plus Little Five Points and the new Edgewood Retail district nearby) to wonderful recreation venues, and super-easy access to MARTA rail. It's also just minutes from just about everything else you might want -- Emory University, City of Decatur, Downtown Atlanta, Midtown's arts venues, Virginia-Highland, and the interstate.
Atlanta's rail system, Marta, is a great option, as well as UBER or UBER X, which is an app you can download on the internet to your mobile phone. UBER picks up your location and offers affordable fares all over town. Street parking is available if you have a car.

A reservation agreement will be sent over for signature once the booking is confirmed. You will be required to provide a copy of your valid driver’s license to verify identity.
Please be mindful of utility usage - excessive usage will be the responsibility of the tenant.
Rates and availability are subject to change prior to booking, and potentially after booking if there is a maintenance or other unforeseen issue with the property. STAY will make every attempt to place guests into a like property, but cannot guarantee availability or rates.
PETS: STAY charges a non-refundable pet fee ranging from $150-$250 depending on the type/breed. Not all properties accept pets.
This is a non-smoking unit and Tenant will be charged a hefty fine/liquidated damages if there is evidence of smoking of any kind. Outside smoking of cigarettes is okay if butts are properly and safely disposed of. No parties or loitering in shared or public spaces are permitted. No criminal activity is permitted anywhere on or near the premises. No filming of any kind is permitted on the premises without express written consent. Please be mindful of the neighbors and respectful of the noise ordinance. Check in time is after 3pm - any early check ins will need to be approved in writing by property manager the day before check in. Tenants are not allowed in the unit prior to 3pm while it is still being cleaned. Check out time is by 11am sharp, unless property management has given written permission. An unapproved late check out will constitute as holdover, and will be charged as such.
