Plenty of off street parking, bicycle storage, outdoor seating available. Minutes to hiking, biking, outdoor activities, restaurants. Pima Canyon Trail and other hiking 5-10 minutes, shopping at La Encantada 5 minutes, University of Arizona 15-20 minutes, downtown 20-25 minutes. Wi-fi included. Peaceful residential neighborhood in cul de sac.
