About this listing
This is a one of a kind loft apartment in the high-residential area of Sant'Ambrogio, just 10 minute walking distance from the Duomo cathedral.
It is a 160 m2 artsyhouse with open space kitchen, dining area, living room and two king rooms upstairs.
This loft is fun, coloured and full of art and music instruments. If you're looking for something different, I think this is the place!
The whole apartment, as well as anything that's in it, is 100% there for you.
Interaction with guests
I'm always in Milan: I live and work just a couple of blocks away, so all you need to do is call me for anything you need!
The best thing about the loft is that it is in the heart of Milan's high-residential area, called Sant Ambrogio. You will see many historic buldings just across the street and it is very nice just to take a walk and experience the day-to-day milanese lifestyle.
Very close to my house are two of the coolest and distinctive milanese areas you must visit:
(i) Colonne di San Lorenzo (5 min walking) - A square with ancient roman columns ("colonne") VERY lively on friday and saturday nights. A lot of young people playing music in the street, just great for a beer with friends. Also a lot of hipster and vintage shops!
(ii) Navigli (10 minute walking): this area is made of canals (just like Amsterdam) and it is great for a walk during the day and a nice lunch on a sunny day. During the weekend it's also a very crowded bar and party area.
Hi there, my name is Walfredo!
I'm an enterpreneur operating in the online sales of high-end italian gourmet products. I was born end grew up in Milan, although my family is originally from Tuscany.
I consider myself a pretty social person, always open for a night out with friends or a good restaurant. My real passion is music! I used to have a band which was decently popular in Milan and still play music in my free time! All time favourite band: Radiohead!
In my milanese loft you will find trace of this passion, cause the house has many guitars, an electric piano and many MANY vinyls.
All in all, the only thing I want to say is that I'm always happy to introduce you to Milan, which is the city I love, by giving you some cool insights so that you can trully appreciate its less turisty side. For me Milan is not about the monuments, but all about the residential areas, the bars, the restaurants, the nighlife and the people ;)
Hope to meet you soon!!
