About this listing
Nice parisian studio.
I am offering my small but charming studio in Belleville . It ´s a very clean and sunny studio , it has a queen size loft bed with a ladder and a couch that could be use as a single bed for a third guest for exemple. There is a little kitchen and a bathroom with shower .
The neighbourhood is really cool and trendy but still popular with a lot of parks , shops , bars and restaurants . Between the Pere Lachaise and the Buttes Chaumont garden .The main feature of the park is the Belvedere (or Temple) of Sybil which sits at the top of an island in the middle of a lake., you'll just have to walk 5 min of walk from the subway and 15 min. by subway from the touristics places and historical center.
Hope to see you soon in Paris ! !
Cozy place; great stay! We loved the arrangement and the place had everything we needed.
We had a pleasant experience in this cozy place. The apartment was on the ground floor but we weren't disturbed by anything at anytime. Though compact, the apartment had all we required and Charlotte's father had prepared the place for our arrival. Communications were always polite and informative. The area itself was very multicultural and the park at the end of the road was somewhere we went everyday and it felt very safe. Transport links to the rest of Paris were easy enough from the two metro stops close by. Though we never met Charlotte, her father was very amiable and welcoming to us.
My 7 year-old daughter and I stayed at this studio twice for a total of 6 weeks this summer and had an amazing time. Jean-Luc, Bruno and Charlotte were all warm, welcoming and helpful. The studio was perfect for our needs with a fabulous location and we will definitely stay there again in the future.
My husband, sister, and I stayed in this studio for 9 nights during our visit to Paris, and we absolutely loved it. Everything we needed was provided, it was cozy and adorable, very clean and well kept--a true Parisian flat. We absolutely adored the neighborhood...very close to the metro and it did not feel touristy at all. It gave us the chance to pretend we were actually Parisian! Also, as a stranger in a new city, I appreciated the fact that I felt entirely safe in this neighborhood. Jean-Luc and Charlotte were very kind, and helped us out when we had an emergency (completely unrelated to our stay there)...They made us feel taken care of and not so alone. Anyway, I highly recommend staying here!
Had a fantastic stay. Lovely little studio in a quiet area. Right next to the metro as well. Everything worked really well, had no problems with shower or cooker etc. Even though we never got to meet Jean-Luc, we felt really welcomed by other people in the area. Would definitely stay here again.
The apartment is very charming and true to the pictures, making very good use of the space. The loft bed was very spacious and comfortable (used by my father) and I slept on the lower bed which I found to be very comfortable as well. Everything you need for a short stay is available and conveniently accessible.
There is a really nice view from the top of the park near the apartment, the nearby bakery is lovely, and even though it is close to some very busy streets it is very quiet in the apartment and allows for a good night's sleep.
As far as hosts go, Charlotte's father (Jean-Luc) is fantastic - very kind, accommodating and accessible. If you encounter any issues he willingly helps find a solution. He treated us really well and helped us out. It was a very nice stay in Paris.
About the Host, Charlotte
My name is Charlotte, I'm 26 and I study cinema production. I'll be gone the whole year to study in Grenoble and that's my father Jean Luc, who will keep an eye on my little studio and take care of you.
