Harbor and marina views

Soak up the views during your stay.
You could not get closer to the sea and smell the salty breeze of the ocean than when you chill out in a boat! Vivace is a modern sailing boat with a cozy and practical interior, and the facilities you need for a pleasant and comfortable stay.
Just another move you could reach the ancient town, concert hall, theater, bars and restaurants in Stavanger, or enjoy Pulpit Rock (Preikestolen) hiking, and discover wonderful nature and surroundings around Tau harbor. You anchor it!

The space
Vivace - a 40-foot boat - has a cozy lounge with a large table where meals can be enjoyed or a series of games can be played. There is a well-equipped pantry (kitchen area) with a gas stove, two cooking rings and a fridge.
The sleeping cabins are spacious with comfortable double-beds and plenty of cupboard space. The toilet with shower and sink are smart-designed and clean. You should not miss the warm sunlight days and peaceful evenings in the cockpit. The long benches and a practical cockpit table are ready to serve you. Should it get chilly or should a few drops of rain fall, it is easy to put on the cockpit tent. Then you sit dry and sheltered from the weather, also outside in the cockpit.

Where you’ll be

Stavanger, Strand municipality,, Norway

In the center of Tau, you will find the shops and restaurant you need. If you need anything more it is only a thirty minutes bus trip to Jørpeland or the city senter of Stavanger. You can scroll through Stavanger and look at the Cathedral from the first half of the 12th century, and feel the calm and cozy atmosphere in the white-painted Straen district in Old Stavanger.
How about visiting the Oil museum, the Concert hall, Lysefjorden or Flor og Fjære? You can also take a bus from Tau to Jørpeland, and from there to the starting point for a hike to the majestic Prekestolen (Pulpit rock) which hangs out over the Lysefjorden.
