➤ Bar: Enjoy all the tools and barware you need to channel your inner bartender. Try our signature cocktail using local ingredients! Features a hand-painted mid-century Scandinavian-inspired mural.
➤ Kitchen: A fully-equipped kitchen with everything you need to whip up a gourmet meal. Keurig coffee maker for you coffee lovers. Features signature birch trees, hand-painted by your host, Nadia! Opens into the great room, with a fireplace that lights up at the press of a button.
➤ Bedrooms 1: King-sized memory foam pillow-topped coil mattresses & luxurious sheets. Share a full bathroom. This room is located in the front of the house next to the entry, on the left.
➤ Bedrooms 2: Queen-sized memory foam pillow-topped coil mattresses & luxurious sheets. Share a full bathroom. This bedroom is located next to bedroom 1.
➤ Bedroom 3: Private ensuite Bathroom. King-sized memory foam pillow -topped coil mattress & luxurious sheets. Best room in the house to see the sunrise. Includes a desk & chair if you need a workspace.
➤ Bedroom 4: Private ensuite bathroom. Seven flower sconce lights dance around the headboard, with a dimmer switch for that dreamy lighting.
➤ Dedicated Sleeping Area 5: Queen bedroom w/ door to backyard, and workspace with a view of lake. This sleeping area does not have a door, just a fully enclosed curtain for visual privacy. This space is next to the barrel tasting room.
➤ Barrel Tasting Room: Pretend you’re at a private tasting! Sit around an old oak barrel and enjoy a drink from the wet bar. Features a hand-painted map of the wine trail & a legend of the area on the wall.
➤ Rec/TV Room: 55” flat-screen TV (bring your own logins). This area is just off of the laundry and open to the barrel tasting room. It also doubles as the laundry area and workout space.
Outdoor Living:
Step outside to enjoy views of the lake and a gorgeous grassy yard, complete with a fire pit and seating for six. Enjoy a sunroom and large front deck w/ ample seating and amazing views of the sunset.
We also have 2 kayaks with trolley to bring to the lake. We supply the lock combination upon signature of our kayak waiver — roll them across flat terrain with the beach trolley to Cayuga Lake, just a 2-minute walk from the back door! Careful of the rocks, please!

➤ Check-In/Out Details: Easy self-check-in with a digital smart lock. Check in after 4 PM and check out by 10 AM.
Be careful of the entry to the driveway is quite narrow and easy to miss, oh and careful of the gully! Before leaving, please take out your garbage, load the dishwasher, and lock the doors.
➤ Safety Features: Your safety is our top priority. Our home is equipped with 2 outward-facing nest cameras at the front and back of the house.
➤ House Rules: Treat our home like you would a close friend or family member’s. Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind inside or outside the home. No pets. No shoes inside the home.
Other things to note
Home sits on one of the main lake roads with some road noise-but enjoy easy access to restaurants and wineries.
Guests must be able to traverse steps to reach the lower level barrel room, tv room, 4th King en suite and outdoor lawn area.
Please be careful of the side sloping grass-its a slippery slope in or after the rain.
Refrigerator, HVAC unit, dishwasher, stove and fireplace, are mechanical items, and could unexpectedly stop working-impacting your stay. Please inform us immediately if that happens, and we will do our utmost to resolve the issue during your stay but can not guarantee that repairs or replacements will be timely.
The outdoor grill is not new, so if you encounter any issues, please let us know, we have an adventurous solution for you!
