Amazing outdoor space

Tastefully decorated three-bedroom open-concept home directly on the lake. Complete with garden, expansive lawn, outdoor shower, built-in gas barbecue, outdoor dining, porch swing, shared dock (bring your boat) and watercraft shed with four stand-up paddle-boards, adult kayak, two youth kayaks, adult and youth life vests, corn hole set, and a handful of floaties.

Cozy living spaces, loads of games and toys, and an indoor wood-burning fireplace for the cooler months (bring your own firewood).

The space
The main floor is an open space with a kitchen, living, and dining room as well as a 1/2 bath and mudroom. Please note that there is no TV on this level!

The basement has a family room, two desks, a bunk room with two bunks (four twin beds), a full bathroom with double sinks, and a queen bedroom with bay windows. There is also a patio with a firepit on this level, a pull-out sofa, and a 60" TV.

The upper level is dedicated to the primary king bedroom. There is a walk-through bathroom that leads to a walk-through closet, and the level ends with a dedicated workspace that is open to below. There is a Samsung Frame TV in the primary bedroom.

Our quirks: The garage is reserved for the owner (where we store our supplies), so parking is limited. We can accommodate up to four average-sized vehicles. Our neighbor to the south doesn't take care of his property. We have a tree barrier, but you'll still see junk and garbage all around his lot. There is a friendly neighborhood cat named Scout (not ours) who likes the property. Please do not let him into the house: not only for those with allergies, but mainly, it can be difficult to get him out!

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home with the exception of the locked owners closet off of the patio and the garage which is for owner supplies. The dock is shared with the neighbor to the North and their guests. The shed on the way down to the water is where you will find all of the water toys. The shed belongs to the lake house.

Other things to note
Bring your own firewood if you would like to utilize the outdoor firepits. Firewood can be purchased a few miles down the road at the Shell station at 1215 N Lake Samish Dr. or Haggen Grocery.
