Sehr gemütliche und sympathische Wohnung in Gehdistanz zum Zentrum! Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohl gefühlt! Sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Gastgeber. Wir kommen gerne wieder! :)
We stayed here for about a week over Ironman. It's a great apartment with nice interior and comfy bed with a beautiful view overlooking the mountains. We had easy access to our bikes keeping them in the garage and it was a great place to relax before and after the race.
The hosts are wonderful and truly made our visit to Klagenfurt a memory for life!
It was perfect for us, the flat was very clean and light. The hosts very friendly and helpful. We took our 18 month old son with a travel cot. He loved the dogs, cats and fish in the garden pond. Just be aware if your child is not used to stairs there is no door or safety gate at the very top of the stairs that lead into the flat. We placed our suitcase across the entrance to keep him from the stairs and that worked fine. The location of the flat is close to everything, just 5min walk to a big supermarket and 15min walk to the old town centre, also if you have a car you can easily drive 15-20 minutes to various nice small towns nearby or the lake or the tower that has a view over the whole lake. We would love to go back again.
Had a great stay. Couldn't have asked for more. Was collected and dropped off at train station. The house is very nice and modern. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance which was very handy also.
Would definitely recommend for anyone doing the Ironman in Klagenfurt. I was allowed use the basement to store my bike and Mike let me use some of his tools which was really helpful.
