DeAnne and Rich were great. They were very welcoming. In fact after our long drive they unexpectantly invited us to have dinner with them. It turned out to be the best meal we had on our whole trip. The bedroom and bathroom were downstairs, away from the main room which afforded us privacy. The room is large, bathroom small, but no real problem. They accepted our dog Winston and had a private back yard for him. They are generous and kind people and I would recommend anyone staying there. The neighborhood is quiet with a beautiful view of Mt. Rainer. Overall, they left us alone when we needed privacy and they were available when we needed anything. This is a good place to stay.
DeAnne and Rich were very pleasant hosts. The breakfasts were delicious and I liked my room, private bathroom and the available laundry facilities.
DeAnne was friendly and welcoming from the very first contact, with lots of details of the arrangement, including asking about my requests/constraints to prepare breakfast in the morning!
DeAnne and husband Richard are wonderful hosts, making breakfasts w eggs from home raised chicken, blackberries from the garden, healthy pancakes with flax seed meal....The room is spacious and clean. The living room has a fantastic view of Mt Rainier! We had a great time and would recommend anybody to stay there if they want to visit the neighborhood.
