  • I am sure Dusan's flat is the best place in Serbia / BG which you can reach the hearth of the city by walking distance.
Everything is enough and tidy in this flat. You can invite your friends, can make lots of parties and has a very good simple design.
Just one thing that, in the second bebroom needs a double bed for 2+2 couples instead of comfortable sofa :) I will manage my next visit by checking this flat's availability.

  • Apartment is just as listed. Great area next to trendy/international Mill Road and extremely close to Cambridge colleges and the train station! I had trouble with the washer/dryer as well as the heating controls (may have been my fault though). Overall it was a very pleasant stay.

  • Both my mother and I enjoyed our stay immensely. Furthermore, this is my second time staying in Dusan's place and he never disappoints. Everything is tidy and as it should be. I very much recommend him as a host and this apartment.

  • Dusan was in the UK the entire time I was there, but he was extremely responsive to messages. And his sister Jelena is local, and made sure I had what I needed. The apartment is pretty cool. Nice furniture. Washing machine was convenient. Balcony has decent view. Very good, central location. Cafes, restaurants, and the shopping district are all nearby.

A couple things to be aware of:
    - My one easy suggestion would be to add a shower curtain to the bath tub.
    - Apartments in Belgrade have limited hot water supply. The water heater will give you ~10-15 mins of hot water. This seems to be pretty typical.

  • This apartment is very close to the main city, Stari Grad (Old Town), just a 5-minute walk away in fact. There are also wonderful cafes, restaurants and parks nearby. Whilst there is no train system, the trams, buses and trolleys are all terrific. The apartment itself is exactly as pictured, it is a brilliant and stylish place, with space, aircon, comfortable furniture, great lighting. The communication with the host Dusan was quick and clear, and his mother, who lives on the floor above, was very helpful when we needed something. Overall, we had a great time staying in this place, and also discovering this city.

  • Had a great time at the Palmoticeva apartment. Dusan (the owner) was very attentive and responded to email really quickly. When we realized we were missing the housedoor key, we just dropped Dusan a message from the free wireless internet in the apartment and within 15 minutes we got the proper key delivered to our door by a friendly neighbour. This shows that even if something goes wrong, you are well taken care of here.

  • Great location, comfortable apartment. Dusan and his mother are very nice.

    January 2012
  • Overall, we had a nice stay in Dusan's apartment. It fit our needs well. We felt safe in the building and in the area, and Dusan's friend Jelena who let us in was very helpful and friendly.

We found it to be a good, basic, top-floor apartment with large rooms and windows. The dining area off the kitchen was very convenient. There was a grocery store and bakery around the corner, and the location was close to city transport and sights.

The only negative we have for the apartment is that it needs some finish work on paint and woodwork, etc. Other than that, we'd recommend it!

  • A simple, spacious flat that completely suited our needs for a great weekend in Belgrade. Fantastic location, we walked everywhere and enjoyed the nearby cafes and restaurants. Dusan and his family were very helpful before and during the stay. Thank you!!

  • Dusan's apartment was perfect for us in terms of size and location. We found it to be clean and well maintained. Our stay at his apt. Only increased our love for Beograd.
