The space
Rooms are spacious and easily accessible more like a studio but the sleeping area separate from the sitting and dining area. Clean and well kept. No kitchen but a refrigerator, microwave, tea kettle electric and coffee pot.

If you caused damaged to property weather it be furniture or structural damage you will be held responsible for damage.

The rental space can be access by the guest from the outside

Other things to note
Not a basement but it’s part of the larger structure, opens to the garden
