It doesn’t get more central than this! I’m happy to welcome you to my large one-bedroom/one bathroom apartment on the 3rd floor of a Victorian Row house!
My place is bright and spacious - not your standard-fare condo. It is located right downtown, steps from The Eaton Centre and Yonge/Dundas Square on a quiet street with a lovely view of the city skyline.
The apartment includes a full kitchen, equipped with all of the standard appliances (fridge, stove, microwave, kettle, etc). There are also plenty of pots/pans and dishes and utensils for you to do your own cooking, if you like. The living room has a 46” Sony Bravia HDTV with a PS3, DVD/CD player.
The bedroom is large with a very cozy queen-sized pillow top mattress. There is also a queen-sized air mattress available for up to 2 additional guests if required (additional charges per person do apply)
Clean linens and towels are provided.
You are welcome to use my fast wireless internet connection as well.
The apartment is located steps from a number of public transit routes that will take you just about anywhere in the city. These include Queen Station, Dundas Station, as well as the Queen and Dundas streetcar lines.
But the best part is that there is so much nearby that you can access within minutes on foot!
You will be 5 minutes (or less) walking to:
Yonge and Dundas Square

Ed Mirvish Theater
Elgin Winter Garden Theater
A large grocery store and pharmacy

As soon as I booked Rae-Anne and a communicated via email she was always very prompt with replying and answered my queries with lots of information.
I was here with my daughter and her friend for the Thanksgiving weekend!! Also to explore Toronto for the first time and with 2 teenagers ..... Shopping.
The apartment was clean and bright. The kitchen is full equipped but we did not cook any evening meals as we wanted to make use of the restaurants!! So many choices!!
Location is just perfect! Central walking distance to everything we wanted to see. I felt the taxis were reasonable and Rae-Anne was spot on with the $ amount from the train station to her apartment. $7.00. The Eaton centre was just a 5 min walk away. Trams, buses were all close.
I made use of the trams to get a sense of type city and walked around so good walking shoes a must :)
I made use of the airport bus which again one could easily walk to but I made use of a taxi. The bus leaves every 20 minutes and ran on time. Booked ticket on line and did not require a print out.
This was my first time using airbnb recommended by a friend I had a very positive experience and found Rae -Anne an excellent host. Answered all emails and texts promptly.
I will certainly make use of airbnb again but more importantly hope to book with Rae-Anne in the future.
Thank you Rae-Anne!
Rae-Anne was a wonderful host! Great communication, easy to reach out to and a pleasure to deal with. The apartment itself was super clean, bright, cheery and comfortable. The location was perfect, ideally situated to loads of public transportation options and within short walking distance to supermarkets, coffee shops and restaurants. Can't recommend enough!
BEST LOCATION EVER! Thanks so much for a great experience Rae Anne. Your place is lovely and you were a great (website hidden) TORONTO is a WONDERFUL CITY that
anyone will LOVE.
Rae-Anne's place is truly super central and was perfect for my daughter and I to stay at as it is on the same street as Ryerson University and made the move in day pretty simple as we only had to move her stuff down the street. It is also just a small walk to Dundas Square and the Eaton Center and public transport is easily accessible. It does border what we were told is the side of town not to wander into but we did not encounter or hear any trouble. The apartment itself is very cute and is great for a few days stay. The weather was very warm and humid when we were there but the A/C in the living room and the fans throughout the house kept us cool enough. I was disappointed to find there were no laundry facilities in the house but that's my fault for not double checking before booking. I was also surprised to find that lots of Rae-Anne's belongings were left in the house, for some reason I didn't expect (email hidden) could be because this was my first Air B&B experience and that is actually the norm....
Rae-Anne was very accommodating with us and also very helpful with tips on where to go and what to do. My daughter and I found the bowl full of Toronto info very helpful and used all of the magazines to plan our days. There is only one thing that we found problematic and that is the wi-fi. I remember it being mentioned in previous comments and it really is relevant. The wi-fi is very temperamental and caused a lot of frustration but, apart from this we had a great time, felt at home and would definitely return.
We had a wonderful stay at Rae-Anne's appartment. The place was very clean with a nice colorfull atmosphere. It gives you the opportunity to live downtown and to discover Toronto from a central location. Rae-Anne gave us lots of practicle informations. We highly recommend her place :-)
My wife and I stayed in this apartment in August and we found this location wonderful. The apartment is super centrally located with all you need for a short or long stay. Clean, beautiful and nice. Rae Anne is a superb host, very helpful and friendly. Tks a lot for everithing! I really recommend this solution. Cristian
It was my first time using Air BnB and I wasn't too sure what to expect. But as the weekend went on I really appreciated having the comforts of a house and a full kitchen. Checking in and out was a piece of cake, the apartment was walking distance to everything, and the kitchen had everything I needed. Overall, really loved my experience there and would rent from Rae-Anne again.
We had a wonderful stay in Rae-Anne's apartment. The apartment is spacious, really well decorated, and has everything you could need, including great AC/heating. It's super close to the 'centre' of Toronto, Yonge & Dundas, and there are great restaurants and cafes super close by. Rae-Anne was accommodating of all our requests, even skipping out fo work to let us in when we arrived, and she has heaps of great recommendations of things to do as well.
Would not hesitate to stay again if I'm ever in Toronto again!
Adorable apartment, truly super central. My boyfriend and I enjoyed the spacious spot and its easy access to so much the city has to offer. Rae-Ann was helpful, organized, and made excellent suggestions for activities and sites to be seen. We couldn't have asked for more.
Rae-Anne is a wonderful host and I had a lovely time in Toronto while staying in her apartment. It is close enough to all transit lines that the entire city was at my disposal.
Rae-Anne her self was immensely helpful and made feel right at home.
