The apartment was as described, clean, comfortable beds, hot showers, free coffee and breakfast included.
Svetlana was very kind and helpful, meeting us at the entrance to the building on arrival and when we left. She also came and cleaned the kitchen area during the day, which was hugely appreciated.
My friends and I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone wishing to visit this amazing city, top location and accommodation.
Perfect location, perfect landlady! The location of the building is great, walking distance to any touristic attractions in Rome (if you like to walk, we walked to Vatican, Colosseum, Piazza del Popolo, Fontana di Trevi, Piazza Navona, etc.). If you do not like to walk there is a metro station just in the corner of the street (at most 100mt). Room was clean. We had everything we needed. And most important of all Svetlana was very easy to communicate, very friendly and very helpful. This is a place that you would like to stay more than once!
Appartamento ampio e semplice.
Perfekt läge,nära till allt!
Träffade ej Svetlana, men dock hennes dotter.
Hon var mycket vänlig o visade oss vad vi behövde veta.
Helt ok frukost.rena sängar,linnen o handdukar.
Kan klart rekommendera vid kortare vistelse i Rom.
The location is excellent, close to Termini and subway stations. The room is clean and spacious. Sleeps 4 people very well. The breakfast is good and we were free to use the kitchen. The location is safe during the day and we were well received. The price is fair and I would stay again in the House Saint Lucia.
This bnb is in a great location for visiting Roma, super close to public transportation, easy access from Termini, and an easy walk to the sites (coliseum, forum, pantheon, Trevino, Spanish steps, etc). We booked at the last minute for two nights, so we appreciate the late accommodation, however upon arrival we and the host found that our room was still occupied, so we were transferred to another property owned by the owner, it was a five minute walk away, which wasn't a big deal other than we had already walked 20 minutes across town with all our luggage to get to the original spot. The new room was fine, though it was a shared bathroom with the 3 other rooms, but we were just happy to put our luggage down. The next morning we transferred to our original room, which was also nice enough for what we needed which was basically a shower and a bed to get a couple hours of sleep between our Roma adventures. Some of the communication was challenging since Svetlana doesn't speak english, but we were able to work it out, and it gave us a chance to use the Italian we had picked up.
