Tomer and his dad were some of the best hosts ever.
The camper is amazing, clean, and cozy. The n provide towels, extra blankets, and hotel shampoos and body wash.
Make sure to order dinner from Tomer. It was amazing food, and all of it set up under the stars.
Definitely coming back to enjoy a few more magnificent Kineret sunsets.
This was our first time using Airbnb and Tomer made sure it was an amazing one. The Camper is in very good condition and is well stocked with towels, sheets, blankets and hotel soap. The little kitchen comes with supplies to make coffee+tea and a glasses for wine.
The location is absolutely stunning. Tomer cooks an amazing israeli breakfast that you eat while gazing out onto the Kineret, later in the evening you can enjoy the sunset while making a fire and roasting some marshmallows.
The surrounding area is also very cool, Susita national park (ancient ruins of the greek city Hippos) is located a short 4-5km walk or drive away. The El Al nature reserve is also very beautiful and close-by.
You will not be disappointed by this place, the food, the people and the location make for a truly unique experience we will remember for years.
This was a great experience which we will never forget. We were with 4 people for 1 night. Tomer had positioned the caravan at a beautiful spot on top of a hill overlooking the sea of Galilee. Breathtaking!!!!! The shower and loo work fine. We did not need the airco even in August due to the nice (website hidden) is not that easy in the small caravan. Ask Tomer to prepare dinner or get take-aways from the pizza place or the local supermarket 15 minutes away. The breakfast was 4 star quality. Tomer did a brilliant job. He is a very trustworthy and nice person. Always stand-by and ready to help you when you need someone or something.
Really amazing experience. Beautiful, secluded location over-looking the Sea of Galilee. Wildlife, flowers, fresh air, stars at night! A campfire, out-of-this-world breakfast both mornings, and silence. Great communication and support from Tomer and his team. Doesn't get much better than this!!!
We had a beautiful time in the Caravan. The kids had a story to tell even before we got there, and now they cant stop talking about it. The caravan itself is spacious enough and comfortable when you re inside, but what makes this experience special is what's outside- The fact that it can be set up in from of secluded, beautiful places (we stayed one night on a cliff overlooking the Kineret and two nights in between an olive field and a vineyard) makes this completely different than staying at a hotel or Zimmer. It feels a bit like camping in the sense that you can make a fire every night, eat your meals outside in nature (Tomer pampered us with delicious Shakshuka in the morning, fresh fruit and jam, a great selection of cheese and homemade bread- the works). And then when you don't feel like roughing it out, you can walk inside the caravan, turn on the A/C or use the microwave, and go to sleep in a real bed where you wake up relaxed for the next day. The whole set up, which they take care of completely, is just right, from the outdoor living room and lamps, to the generator than you can turn on and off depending on your needs (charging your phone or enjoying the peace and quiet) T.
Tomer, the man in charge, was on call for any recommendation, or any needs we had at the caravan. He even brings wood for the fire. But this didn't feel like a fancy, or falsanit service (as they say in Israel). Tomer was was genuinely caring, attentive, and sweet. These are rare people who really want you to enjoy while you are in their turf. His dad, Adam, is one of those characters one likes to meet when travelling- just as sweet and caring for his hosts as his son, and with many stories to tell. All in all we strongly recommend the caravan if you want a unique kind of holiday. And once you re out and about, there are plenty of things to do in northern israel. Since we had small kids with us, we skipped long treks and went for the more relaxed kind of activities like Hamat Gader hot baths and crocodile zoo, bathing in the kineret, candle making in a nearby artist village, and so on. Its all very near from each other as anyone who knows Israel can tell. Oh, and try the wine from the area. Some of it is real good.
