ENJOY YOUR STAY IN YOUR OWN APARTMENT!!!!!!
I'm renting out my appartment which is perfectly located in the heart of Berlin - and you will have it just for yourself. Cafes, supermarktes, little shops and restaurants are just minutes away.
Famous Alexanderplatz is a 10min walk and the SoHo house is right on the other side of the street. The TRAM station (M2) is just 2 minutes from where the appartment is located, U8/ U5/ U2 and all the S-Bahn lines go from Alexanderplatz.
You couldn't live better when you visit the most exciting city of the present. At night: famous Torstraße begins right at the SoHo house which is a 2 minutes walk. The price is for 2 people. I got an extra mattress which would b be good for another 2 people. So 4 people maximum is what I can host. Perfect for a buddy weekend in Berlin surely not the best solution for a family with 2 little kids ... It's a King Size bed (2,0*1,80m) and an extra mattress (2,0*1,4m) if it's going to be 4 people. Looking forward to your bookings!CheersMickey
Whatever you see is free to use: from fragrance in the bathroom to food in the shelves in the kitchen. You are more then welcome to use everything!

The apartment is just for you guys! I won't be there during your stay to make your stay as much comfortable as possible!
No party/ noise at night!
Enjoy your stay!
Fantastic location and a very confortable flat! I definetely recommend Mickey's place.
Very well located apartment! Mickey answered always very quickly to the messages and it was a great experience in central Berlin!
Mickey was really helpful in organising the collection of keys and directions to the apartment (and from the airport into the city)
The apartment is in a large block a short tram hop or 1km walk from Alexanderplatz. In the former East side it's a good location if you are interested in history and you are also walking distance to the museum area.
The flat itself is much as appears in the photos. A large bed, a kitchenette and a bathroom with a hot shower. It's up plenty off stairs being on the third/fourth floor but imagine that's no issue for most but perhaps worth noting. Mickey left us the wifi code which was handy. Nice clean towels provided. A coffee machine with capsules left I assume for guest use (though we didn't).
Only slight negative is lack of a curtain on the kitchen window which means it gets light pretty early.
Otherwise does what it says on the tin!
Friendly host, easy to hook up, location was convenient. Prenzlauer Berg is a great neighborhood and there are some really nice restaurants and bars within a few minutes. Building is quiet and safe; apartment is very basic but adequate; Nespresso machine & capsules were much appreciated.
LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!
Mickey's flat is perfectly located for sight-seeing. It's a 10 minute walk to Alexanderplatz, in a quiet block of apartments. We walked everywhere and only used public transport for the airport and to go into the West.
The bed, although firm, is really comfortable. I slept so well the entire weekend.
The kitchen is well-equipped for breakfast - including a coffee machine which was really appreciated.
The flat is also very clean and the wifi was faultless. Great shower - hot water on demand.
We had a bit of a kaffuffle getting in when we arrived - Mickey said that he would be there to give us the key but he was called away so we had to collect the key from a local hotel instead. which was fine but we hadn't exchange mobile phone numbers so we were late to get the message. This could have happened to anyone though.
Given all the positives about Mickey's flat, I am not sure I would stay there again. It is very sparse and quite small. You can only really lie on the bed - there are no sofas, or table to sit around - just a desk and one chair. I would personally pay a bit more for a a bit more homeliness and decor.
Last thing, for us it wasn't a big problem, but the 4 and a half flights of stairs are steep. Should be considered by anyone with mobility / fitness concerns.
We were really glad of this stay in Mickey's appartment,
After a little but unimportant misunderstanding all went really well. Mickey and his girlfriend were very kind and easy to reach every time. They were really compliant with our schedules and made our stay easier. The appartment is cool, especially for its location, which is great and near a living neighborhood. I would recommend it to any kind of travellers.
Best regards, Colin.
The was easy to contact, and the the area close to the apartment (Prenzlauer Berg) is great.

So what do you need to know about me? I came to Berlin for my studies in 2005 and luckily I got a chance to stay here even when I was done with my "student expereince" last year. Berlin ist just the best city in the world!
I spent some time in Barcelona, travelled around for work a lot (Spain, France, Finnland, USA, UAE etc.) and if I don't rent out my place to to guys like you I love to do sports and spent time with friends.
I heard of AirBnB the first time when I was visiting my girlfriend in Australia last year and we had a really good time in that nice litte appartment next to Bondi Beach.
For those I already bothered with my novel I'll stop right here, for those who want to know more feel free to ask me - personal things, Berlinwise ... just whatever you want!
