We had such a lovely time at Casa Selita! Selita and Ennio are wonderful hosts, and made us feel very welcome. The grounds are gorgeous, rooms comfortable, and the location both charming and convenient. We were pleased with our stay and cannot recommend it more.
The hosts made us feel very welcome and they were helpful with relevant information. The location was excellent as long as guests are able to walk well.
Our room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was fresh and sufficient. Once the heating started, the room was warm.
We recommend this lovely accommodation.
Nestled into a green hillside with an olive grove and rustic, terraced garden, you would never guess this comfortable and inviting B&B lies just below a convenient escalator and elevator to the historical center. The immediate surrounds are pastoral and idyllic. In early April, rosemary is flowering like lavendar along the banks of Selita's green terraces. Inside, it is kept warm, with great coffee and homemade bread for breakfast, comfortable clean rooms and bathrooms, and wi-fi in the common area. Best of all, our host Selita was very welcoming, conversational, and attentive. We can only hope to return for another relaxing and enjoyable stay.
Our time in Orvieto and Casa Selita was the favorite part of our trip to Italy! We were warmly welcomed by Ennio upon arrival, and he gave us valuable recommendations for exploring nearby and great restaurants. Selita is equally warm and gracious - they are the perfect hosts and clearly love what they do.
The B & B is just as it appears in the description and photos, lovely and quiet with a delicious breakfast included.
We were seeking a respite in the middle of our busy, intense travel itinerary, and we were refreshed and ready to experience more of Italy when we left!
Thank you Selita and Ennio for your wonderful hospitality! We hope to return one day, and spend more time there!
Selita and her husband could not have been better hosts. They were very hospitable and spent a lot of time informing us about the magical city of Orvieto. CasaSelita is so close to town (just a 3 minute walk uphill... very convenient). Our room was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast, including homemade bread and jams, was so yummy! It was very filling and satisfying. Overall our experience was wonderful. We hope to return one day.

“One of the main passion of my life has always been that of exploring the world. Not as much as a turist but more as a traveller, with the aim of understanding people's different culture and life. I am more steady now and instead of going around the world is the world that goes around me. And I wish my guests can find in my house the wormth, the taste and the spirit of the land they are visiting. I would love to help them in discovering the secrets and the soul fo the green heart of Italy where, fortunately, the nature rythm is the winner. I would love to think that my b&b can add something to your trip and make it more special.”
