The Space

Quiet out the way comfortable place.

This is a one bedroom place with space. There are 3 beds, one king, one queen and one twin. The king size bed is private. The queen bed and twin bed are in the living room. The building sits in the back behind the main house on an acre and a half. There is a full kitchen with refrigerator. It is central heat and air conditioned. There is cable television. You'll love the quiet location with such close access to the community. All the neighbors are on big acreage also, so you get the feel of rural living!! The property manager is on site so if you need anything they are there to assist. The BCS area books quickly on football, graduation or Parent's Weekend so don't wait and have to stay in Navasota!! Y'all come!!

It's quiet and off the beaten path. The lots are big.

There is no public transportation that is accessible in this subdivision. The location is very close to Kyle Field and (email hidden).

In rainy weather, guests should use the sidewalk next to the house for sure. It's accessible all the time so feel free to use it. Because my place is equipped with a septic system it limits concrete walkways to create better access to this building.

  • We were quite comfortable here. It was very quiet & private. It was a great alternative to a hotel, where my family could all stay together. Though it had been raining, the walkway worked fine. Great communication. Thanks Robin!

  • Robin's AirBnB listing was very accommodating and extremely comfortable to stay at. Did not have any issues whatsoever during my two nights staying there. I would gladly stay at this listing again in the future should I need to spend another weekend in College Station. She and her family were fantastic hosts!

  • I found the accommodations totally satisfactory in all respects. The location was convenient to the University campus and was very quiet. The space was ample and well appointed, with hardwood floors and modern fixtures. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was a model of form and function. All in all, very much worth the price!

  • This place is very nice and cozy. Excellently stocked in case you want to cook. The outside is deceptive. Everything inside is lovely. I would recommend this place to anyone. Close to A & M.

  • Robin was an amazing host!! My friends and I flew out from Massachusetts and could not have stayed (email hidden). I would most definitely recommend Robin to anyone seeking a place to stay in Texas. We had the best time and a big part of it was due to Robin's hospitality. If I ever make it back out to Texas I know exactly where I will be staying.

  • This place is really nice, don't let the outside fool you. We had 3 people stay for the weekend. It was clean, comfortable and very well-appointed.

The only thing I would change is that you have to walk about 30 yards across a field to get to the door. If it's raining, this will be a muddy, dirty walk.

I would definitely stay here again, without a doubt. Would be perfect for a family of four for the weekend.

  • Our family of 5 attended an A&M graduation ceremony and stayed at this wonderful little cottage. We had a great time and were very pleased to find a clean, well stocked, as promised, home away from home waiting for us. Thank you Robin, we would definitely stay here again.

  • Finding this space was a pleasant surprise! I make trips back to College Station for football games and to see friends from time to time, and I guarantee you my first call will be to Robin to see if this place is available. It's clean, quiet, and very well appointed. You can't find a hotel room in the city that's this nice, and while it's a few miles away from the heart of campus, it's worth the drive!

  • This (email hidden) to (email hidden) don't do the home any justices. It had everything we needed plus much more. The home was very clean and cozy. My whole family was more than happy the house. They set us up with a great breakfast. They were also very helpful in getting us there. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. The price was even better.

I found out out about Airbnb by using it first and then I listed my place. I had a very positive experience using it in Paris and Ireland. I love to travel and want others to enjoy their travel to my community. I have been a resident in Bryan College Station for 40 years. I love this town and (email hidden). I earned my bachelors from A&M. I now spend part of my time in California with my children and grandchild. My idea of making this place yours for a short time is to (email hidden). I hope that is true for your stay here!!
