Located minutes from the lifts and downtown Breckenridge, this remodeled condo is the perfect choice for your vacation. Please feel free to ask any questions about the area or condo. A four minute walk to the Quicksilver Lift /Peak 9 base and four minute walk to the heart of downtown make these accommodations the perfect choice for your ideal vacation. This first class, recently (October 2018) remodeled condo has an expansive living room and dining room space, capable of seating a large number of hungry vacationers all at once! A sliding glass door, a large window in the dining room, and a gas fireplace make this space a sunlit paradise during the day and a cozy cottage retreat at night. A gorgeous, fully-functional kitchen separates the living space from two bedrooms, allowing for a restful nights sleep for anyone who wishes to turn in early or for a sleepy kiddo in need of a nap. This cozy vacation retreat sleeps 8, with a large master suite and a second bedroom equipped with two sets of bunk beds. Other features include heated underground parking, a private deck, which opens onto a private wooded courtyard, free wireless internet, cable television and a washer/dryer in the unit. Heated pool and hot tubs on site in a brand new complex that opened December 8, 2018.

Other things to note:
● Kid Friendly. The guest closet includes both a booster chair and pack-n-play.
● The condo has two allotted parking spaces~~one underground and one
outside.
● A fully stocked kitchen allows guests to cook in-house and bypass eating in town.
