Nestled on a stunning 200-acre ranch, this expansive property offers the perfect blend of natural beauty & comfort. Located just a short drive from the historic towns of Nevada City and Grass Valley, this exceptional estate features a spacious main house with two bedrooms and a ten bed bunkhouse, two charming 1 bedroom bungalows, and a large 1 bedroom cottage, all thoughtfully designed to accommodate families, large groups, or anyone seeking a peaceful escape into nature.

The main house is a true work of craftsmanship, built by expert woodworkers and featuring a remarkable floor-to-ceiling library constructed entirely from wood.

Whether you’re staying in the main house, the bungalows, or the cottage, you’ll enjoy a rustic and well-appointed atmosphere that blends beautifully with the natural surroundings.

The property is an outdoor paradise, perfect for those who love nature and outdoor recreation.

Take a half-mile hike through the woods to discover the serene river that runs through the property, offering the perfect spot for reflection, or adventure, or a swim in the warm summer months.

For family fun and relaxation, the property boasts a hot tub, a fully-equipped outdoor grill for summer cooking, and multiple recreational courts—including tennis, volleyball, and basketball. The fresh-water pond is perfect for swimming in the summer months and the vast landscape offers endless opportunities for hiking, wildlife watching, and simply enjoying the tranquil beauty of the property.

From every window, you'll be treated to breathtaking views of rolling hills & big sky. The property is gated for privacy and security, ensuring a peaceful and safe environment for your stay. Whether you're relaxing inside or outside, the panoramic views will constantly remind you of the natural beauty that surrounds you.

Animal lovers will feel right at home with the resident horses, donkeys, and goats. Take the opportunity to interact with the animals, feed them, or simply enjoy their presence as part of the authentic country experience. We ask that children are always accompanied by an adult and your dog is on a leash when interacting with the animals.

With accommodations for up to 15 guests, this ranch is ideal for family gatherings, special occasions, or simply a quiet retreat with friends. The large, well-stocked kitchen and expansive dining area provide the perfect setting for shared meals, while the stone fireplace in the main house offers warmth and ambiance during the colder months. Air conditioning ensures your comfort throughout the summer heat.

Our caretaker lives nearby on the property and is available to assist with any needs, ensuring your stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

We do not host weddings on the property unless it is a micro wedding with no more than 40 people (including kids) max.

Guest access
The entire home is open to guests and you are welcome to roam anywhere on the property, except for inside the horse stalls and gated pasture.

Other things to note
We charge an additional $50 per person, per night after the 15th person.
We have a pet fee of $75 per stay and we ask that you clean up after your pet outside and don't allow them to recline on the furniture.
