High-end furnished home in gorgeous North Scottsdale. Well stocked to keep you comfortable for your 30+ day stay. Single level w/ tile plank flooring throughout. Open kitchen w/ granite counters, stainless appliances, bar area w/ wine fridge, lots of cabinetry. Dining table seats 8 comfortably. Very private backyard w/ ample furniture, heated pool (addt. fee), built-in spa, putting green & fruit trees. 2 car garage w/ 3 car driveway. Pet friendly, please inquire. 8 min drive to Mayo Clinic.

The space
2,365 square foot home fully remodeled, immaculately kept, and ready to host longer term stays. Walk into the main living area with large sectional, smart tv, two accent chairs and then walk into the large kitchen with white cabinetry, stainless appliances, large island with 4 barstools that overlooking gorgeous dining table that comfortably seats 8. In the dining area there is a bar countertop with cabinets underneath and wine refrigerator for guest use. Kitchen is well appointed with everything a guest needs and wants for a long term stay.

Pet friendly for up to two animals. Some restrictions apply, please inquire with management. No unapproved pets are allowed on premises. Additional pet fees & cleaning fee's apply.

4 bedrooms: all with ceiling fans
#1: Ensuite with king bed, dresser, smart tv, large bathroom with double sinks, seating area, large step-in shower, spacious walk-in closet and private toilet area.
#2: Queen bed, closet with high end organizer.
#3: 2 twin beds, dresser, closet with high end organizer.
#4: Queen bed, closet with high end organizer.

Hall bathroom has two sinks, granite counters, medicine cabinet, ample cabinetry for storage & tub/shower combo.

Backyard: Private and spacious, fully fenced with gate on one side. Heated pool (additional fee applies for heating the pool - $300/week). In ground spa that waterfalls into the pool. Spa heating is included in rent price. Large putting green & turf area. Fruit trees. Chaise lounges for getting some sun and a large umbrella if you need shade. Lots of seating options: large outdoor sectional sofa, couple large and comfortable chairs. Roller sun shades all across back patio to give ample shade to patio in the summer months. Firepit table. Pool toys, putters for golf, rack to hang your pool towels on & lawn games all located in shed for guest use on side of the house.

Bed linens and towels provided, including pool towels.

Soaps, shampoo, conditioner & body wash provided. Paper products provided. All of these are provided in a supply to get you started for your stay, you will likely to furnish your own supply of these items depending on the length of your stay.

Laundry room with front load washer & dryer, cabinets, countertop.

2 car attached garage for guest use. 3 car driveway.
