This beautiful 50 m2 apartment can comfortably sleep up to four people and is located on the 4th floor (with a lift) of a beautiful palatial residence just a few minutes from the Coliseum.
The apartment was reformed and modernized in 2011; the Provencal style decoration and predominant use of the colour red create a warm and cozy atmosphere. The main entrance opens onto a lounge with double sofa bed, LCD television and table with chairs. The modern, fully-equipped kitchen is slightly separate from this main area. The large bedroom has been elegantly decorated and has a double bed and wardrobe for guests to store their belongings. The wonderful bathroom has a practical shower cabin. There is internet connection and air conditioning available throughout the apartment.
The accommodation is located in a very central, well-connected part of the city with great public transport services and guests can walk to many of the most important sites of historical and tourist interest such as the Coliseum, the Foro Romano, the Domus Aurea, the Basilica de San Clemente, as well as the Piazza di Venezia and many others.
The metro station Colosseo is only 300 metres from the apartment. The area is home to numerous typical restaurants for tasting authentic Roman cuisine as well as many cafeterias and shops to make any necessary purchases.
The owner also has another two apartments in the same building: the first is 130 m2, has a terrace and can sleep up to eight people (code 487318); the second is also 130 m2 and likewise sleeps up to eight people (code 487478).

The room is in such a great location for exploring the city by foot. Also there are tons of great restaurants within about two minutes walking! The WiFi didn't work the day we arrived, but we were brought a hotspot which took care of that. The shower was only warm for about 3-5 minutes, so we had to have one of us shower at night and one in the morning, and be as quick as possible still. Overall I would stay here again.
We had a lovely time in Rome and the apartment's location was very central to everything! There was a small problem with hot water but Valentyna and Natalia were very quick to respond.
Veranda meravigliosa.
Sicuramente da consigliare.
The reservation was canceled 8 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.
My wife and i both enjoyed our stay here in Rome. The elderly lady that showed us the place was very kind and friendly, though it should be mentioned that she spoke very little English (i speak Italian, so it wasnt an issue.
Place was very close to the Vatican, and nicely decorated. Bathroom was small, as is very common in the places we saw, but it fit our needs very well. I would recommend it.
We spent a unforgettable week at Residenza Riboti! Apartment was wonderful, very cozy and cute. The area is very quiet and safe, full of facilities: supermarket is across the street, many bars and restaurants are nereby. Vatican and metro stations are easy accessible on foot. Valentina is very hospitable and thoughtful person. Many, many thanks for hospitality and kind regards!
Great location in Rome. We stayed for 5 nights, didn't use public transport once, so easy to walk everywhere!
Quite a lovely little apartment, bed comfortable, basic kitchen, small bathroom (very common in Europe!) & very homely feel. Bonus - washer & clothes horse!
This place is just magical. The location could not be better. Two minutes walk to the two thousand year old Pantheon. An amazing restaurant on the same street.
We felt very safe here and the apartment is lovely. It is small but everywhere is small in Rome.
Natalia the housekeeper bent over backwards to accommodate us and answer any questions. We will return here and we will recommend this apartment to all friends and family.
Really pretty apartment, but not private at all. The people who own the place live "next door", which is really just a few metres away, across the small courtyard. The door between our place and theirs was not lockable, and because the windows were always open (the weather was hot) we could see and hear our hosts (and be seen and heard by them) almost anywhere in the apartment.
I'm not quite sure what relationship Valentyna has with the owners, but she never responded to our request of balcony pictures, never acknowledged our message trying to set a time to pick up keys, and didn't show up to let us in. (Luckily our host happened to be leaving, and showed us up to the apartment.) She also wrongly and confusingly emailed us about a different apartment.
That being said, the people who own the apartment were extremely kind and sweet and accommodating. I can't say enough nice things about them. I wish I could have dealt directly with them. Things would surely have gone more smoothly.
