🚗 The driveway is steep and may not accommodate some low-profile cars. Winter ice and snow conditions can be challenging.
🚫 Street parking is not allowed at any time. The county can impose fines of $1,000, which are the responsibility of the guest. Management takes no responsibility for parking issues.
🐾 This home is not pet-friendly.
