Other Things to Note
This is a ground-level apartment, and although most guests have had no complaints, the ceiling height is about 6 1/2 feet. We've found that most people spend the majority of their time sitting/sleeping, and even our taller guests have felt comfortable and have enjoyed the many amenities the apartment offers.
Care for all of the appliances and furniture like it's your own. You'll find it spotless, and we hope that it is left in good shape as well so you can get your deposit back and come stay with us again. Place is loaded with great AV for your enjoyment, but please be courteous and don't blast any of it after hours. Before you leave the house, please make sure all lights and appliances are turned off. Leave remotes where they can be easily found, as the security deposit depends on these being available for the next guest.
