Homestay in Barranco, our house is overlooking the Pacific Ocean.
This bedroom is located in the second floor, with private bathroom. It is spacious and with a great view to the Malecón and Pacific Ocean.
The room is equipped with TV, build in closet with six drawers and nightstand. The closet is spacious and is made of wooden wich gives a special touch to the room.
Services Included: basic cable, hot water 24 hours, wi-fi from the room and terrace. Set of clean sheets, will be changed once a week or as requested.
Barranco is a small district so if you enjoy walking down the "malecón", 10 minutes away from our home you will find restaurants, pubs, coffee shop and convenient stores.
We share areas like: kitchen, living room, indoors and outdoors terrace.
You can prepare your own breakfast/lunch or dinner at home. Let's face it....sometimes you just want to enjoy your own homemade food.
In the GuideBook you can see where the Supermarket its located and at home, you can ask Brigida where to store your groceries.
Interaction with Guests
I am currently living overseas but I love to help as much as I can via airbnb so if you have any question regarding your upcoming (URL HIDDEN) not hesitate to ask.
We have guests from all over the world and we have some house rules to help us live in harmony:
- Be respectful of personal belonging.
- If you are comming late try not to make noise since others might be sleeping.
- No smoking. Only in the terrace.
- No friends over.
- No alcohol or ilegal substances.
* If the house rules are not followed, we will kindly ask you to find a different place to stay.
I am Carla, I run Tikay-Barranco.
I like traveling and I know how important it is to find someone who will help you out on your first day at a strange city. So upon arrival I will give you some pointers on how to get around the city.
Once at the house you will feel as part of our family. Everyone is nice and friendly, polite and respectful. At the house there is people from all over the world that probably have been in Perú longer than you so they will be glad to give you recommendations on what to do and where to go.
Love to eat so will tell you the best peruvian restaurants. Peruvian food is one of the best.
