Emilia is great, helpful and gracious. The apartment is wonderful, even better than the pictures, very well equipped, and it is close to everything while still being in a quite street. We had an amazing stay.
Emilia was a great host. I spent 3 days with her on 2 separate occasions. Both times she was very nice and helpful. Even though she didn't speak much English, we managed to communicate. The appartment was spacious and adequately described. A 10 minute walk to the center of the City. I would recommend staying here if you're spending a few days in Florence.
Wow - what an incredible place in an amazing location!! And Emilia was extremely responsive, friendly, and a wonderful hostess. She gave us great directions from the Firenze S.M.N train station and was there to greet us and show us everything and answer all our questions about the place and the area. She even let us leave our bags at her place on the day of check-out because our train didn't leave until a couple hours later. The place was a very nice size and very open, with a wonderful kitchen, free wifi, washing machine, and all the amenities you could need. My fiancé and I had a great time and loved the place and the neighborhood. We would definitely stay at this place again and recommend Emilia as a hostess.
Location was near the firenze s.m.s train station. It was a little too cozy for 6 of us staying there. Hot water comes and goes at times but owner is really friendly.
Emilia was a fantastic host and her apartment really was as delightful as promised. Emilia welcomed us with coffee and a free ranging conversation in Italian, Spanish and English (she doesn't speak much English and I don't speak much Italian but this really wasn't a problem). She also left a bottle of prosecco in our fridge after learning that it was the birthday of one of our party. She lives next door so is always available to help with anything that may arise, not that we needed anything because the apartment is so well set up. We were attending a conference at the Firenze Fiera convention centre and it was extremely conveniently located for that. The layout of the apartment is great, with two double rooms plus a sofa bed which gave us flexibility for a group of 3 plus rotating 4th persons. Thank you Emilia for a wonderful AirBnB experience!
The fantastic penthouse, Emilia lovely and very friendly.
Emilia advised us everything about the sights and wonderful restaurants.
We relax and feel at home.
Thanks for the great welcome,If I had the opportunity to return to Florence, I will not forget Emilia for sure :)
The apartment was beautiful and spacious. Emilia was a great host and her communication and directions were spot on. The location of the apartment was (email hidden)ough the bottom bedroom was extremely noisy if you want to sleep before 11 pm at night. It really was quite noisy and an issue some nights. If you want a quiet stay, this place is not for you. That said, the space in the apartment was amazing. It was very clean and comfortable. Only a stones throw from the leather markets and a 10 min walk to Duomo. Amazing restaurant right across the street too!! There is a bath which is lovely but the water never got hot enough to fill it :( the shower was no problem though. We had an electrical problem but Emilia fixed it straight away....she was an excellent host! ! I would recommend this apartment for the location but just know that it is a little noisy.
