You can't get any closer to the beach than this. Relax with the family on this first floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom beach front condo at the Island House Condominiums.. Enjoy a 180 degree direct view of the Gulf of Mexico. This unit can accommodate up to 6 guests and comes equipped with a queen size sleeper sofa. The front door is 10 steps away from a heated pool. The back door leads right out to the seawall and beach. Watch your favorite team in the living room on NFL SUNDAY TICKET, free of charge.

The space
First floor beachfront condo at Island House Condominiums. Patio with chairs are right outside. Watch and listen to the waves crash against the shore from the patio. Or head out the front door and hang out by the 8 ft deep pool. Got some fish? Grill them up on one of the grills in the bbq area.

Guest access
Guests can access the unit with key cards provided by the front desk. These key cards will also allow you to access the guest laundry room and outdoor showers are located around the corner from the front door. The pool is accessible from 7 am to 11 p.m.

Other things to note
Please note that our condo is only one of 74 units at the Island House. Each unit is privately owned, however some owners elect Island House to manage their unit's rental. We ask that you are respectful of the Island House staff, and respect that outside of our rental they can not assist with items such as housekeeping, extra items etc.
