I love St Germain-des-Prés! Elegant, smart, it gathers artists and writers that you can meet in art galleries and bookshops. With it famous café such as Café de Flore, Deux Magots and its lovely Parc du Luxembourg, the 6th arrondissement is ideally located in central Paris, closed to museums, the Seine and its romantic walks.

We loved this apartment! Pam was so accommodating from the beginning, answering all the questions we had before we booked and especially on the day we arrived, when a delay at baggage claim made us an hour late for our check-in time. She was so sweet and showed us around the apartment before she went out of town.
The apartment is exactly as shown: spacious, clean, well-lit, perfect for two or three people. It is located in a fantastic neighborhood just off Boulevard St. Germain, but the street itself is very quiet and safe. Located just off the Seine, the apartment is within walking distance of many sites, especially the Louvre and Notre Dame.
I would come back here for the location alone, but especially because Pam was such a great host! I am relatively new to Airbnb, but hosts like Pam make me want to come back for more.
Everything was more than perfect. I was received on time at the apartment. Pam was available all the time. I loved the place, it was better than in the pictures. Perfectly clean and completely in order. I totally recommend this place, you wont find better location. Thank you Pam!
Though Pam was traveling upon our arrival in Paris, a friend of hers was waiting at the door for us upon our arrival. The apartment is in an amazing part of Paris with close proximity to many major tourist destinations (Louvre, O'rsay Museum, high-end shopping, restaurants, etc) as described. Located on the fourth floor with no elevator, it would be hard to access the flat with lots of heavy baggage. Inside, the apartment was as described and was perfect for two gets looking to explore the city. Would come back.
Pauline était très sociable!
L'appartement est bien située dans le quartier réputé pour des galeries d'art.
Pauline was an excellent host and the apartment was as described would recommend anyone who wants a place in the centre of Paris, it was perfect.
My husband and I had an amazing first time in Paris over the New Year and felt fortunate to stay in Pam's apartment. Pam was out of town so we were greeted by her niece who was very friendly and answered all of our questions. The apartment is located an easy walk to the subway. We found the subway a great way to travel in Paris. We were also able to walk to the Musee D'Orsay and Louvre. We found the neighborhood a bit quiet at night but still found a lot of great spots to eat and grab a drink. We particularly liked the cafe on the corner. It was great to grab coffee or a drink and hang out. We bought food from the mini grocer located downstairs... the food items were delicious but overpriced. We did not find a good convenience store or larger grocery store close by.
The apartment itself was comfortable and plenty of room for 2 people. The shower was hot and had good water pressure. The bed was a typical queen size bed. The kitchen was small; however, that was fine for us as we did not cook anything while there. The apartment was quiet to sleep at night.
We would stay at Pam's place again if we travel back to Paris!
