New 1600 Sq. Ft. Vacation Home with 270° Picturesque Cliff Views. Master Suite/Bath, King, Queen, and Queen, Gig WiFi Internet, Group Equipped Kitchen, Gas Grill, Covered Porches, Attached 2 Truck Garage, Wide Streets w/ Unlimited Parking, 30 Seconds to Pool & Hot Tub, 12 Min. Drive to Arches, 35 Min. Drive to Canyonlands, and 7 Min. Drive to Downtown Moab. Stay here in an extremely safe and accessible neighborhood with room to park trailers etc. Most convenient parking in the subdivision.
The space
The Moab LaSal house is the perfect house for your Moab adventure. 12 minutes from the entrance to Arches National Park and 35 minutes to Canyonlands. Excellent parking for trailers and a large 2 car garage. We are the closest house to the pool and hot tub as well as have a straight through street making it so you don't need to try and turn longer trailers around in the subdivision. Each room has its own tv, ceiling fan, and three bathrooms should make your stay comfortable without feeling like you are on top of one another. This house is a perfect place for your family gathering. We have an attached two car garage for your use. Added recently a hot water recirculating system so there is immediate hot water at the taps and showers. The full kitchen has a double oven, microwave, crockpot, blender, keurig, coffee pot, all the utensils you will need, dishwasher, french door fridge/freezer, mixer, just about anything you should need to cook with. Also included in the home is a large capacity washer and dryer. We supply some laundry pods for you as well. All the bathrooms have shampoo and conditioner as well as body wash. Bath towels, hand towels, and wash clothes are provided in each bathroom as well as some beach towels to use for the pool and hot tub too.

We are comfortable with more than 8. The house comfortably will hold 10-12, we just really only have sleeping arrangements for 8. If you want to bring more people, just send us a message.
You have full access to the garage. We do not have a remote that we give to guests (it kept going home with people), but if you want one, we can invite you to an app that you can use on your phone to open and close the garage. Otherwise you can use the button on the wall.
