The property features three independent bungalows (two king beds, one queen), each with a private bathroom and A/C.

Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a large pool cleaned daily, and a spacious terrace perfect for relaxing or yoga.

Casa Oasis is rented as a whole, giving you exclusive access to all common and private areas:
the pool,
the rooftop terrace
the fully equipped kitchen
the deck, and all bedrooms.

Parking is very convenient. Guests have access to a dedicated parking spot located directly on the street, right in front of the property.

The only restricted areas are:
• The laundry room
• The machine room
• The service room

These spaces are reserved for staff operations and maintenance and are not accessible to guests.

Our staff keeps the house clean and organized and has access to the property whenever necessary to perform their duties. Each team member has one day off per week.

The gardening and pool team also accesses the property, with scheduled visits up to three times per week to ensure optimal maintenance.

Please note that the pools do not have child-safety barriers. By renting Casa Oasis, the supervision and safety of children are the full responsibility of the guests.

Although uncommon, temporary interruptions of internet or electricity may occur in the La Punta de Zicatela area. These services are generally restored within a few minutes.

The villa is not intended for parties, and events are strictly prohibited.
Likewise, noise or music is not allowed after 10 pm or before 10 am. Failure to respect quiet hours may result in penalties or fines.

• Jumping into the pool from the upper balcony is strictly prohibited.

A folding baby crib is available; please request it before your arrival.

Chef & Catering Policy

For safety, quality control, and property protection reasons, only chefs and catering providers previously recommended or approved by us are authorized to work at the property.

Any chef, cook, caterer, or third-party food service provider entering the property without our prior written approval does so entirely at the guest’s responsibility.

Management and property owners shall not be held liable for any accidents, damages, losses, food safety issues, service failures, or any other problems arising from the use of unauthorized providers. Any damage caused to the property by such providers will be the sole responsibility of the guest who made the reservation.
