L'appartement est idéalement placé sur La Plaine et son fameux marché les mardi, jeudi et samedi matin et tout proche du Cours Julien et de ses multiples restaurants et boutiques de créateurs.
Il est également à deux pas du quartier de Noailles et du haut de la Canebière, accés rapide aux magasins du centre ville au vieux port est facile autant à pieds qu'en transports en commun.
