✔ The house has four levels connected only by stairs (no elevator, typical of heritage architecture). For guests with reduced mobility, there is a room on the ground floor.
✔ Cartagena is tropical: mosquitoes may appear, especially at dusk. We recommend insect repellent.
✔ The pool does not have a safety net, and the railings have wide gaps: small children should always be supervised by an adult.
✔ We provide welcome amenities and towels; when these run out, you will need to replenish them (we operate as Airbnb, not a hotel).
✔ Celebrations with moderate music are permitted out of respect for the residential neighborhood.
