This studio is quiet, secluded and spacious for one or two people. It has its own patio and antiroom and is the only living space on the ground floor. The large fridge, gas stove, as well as the seperate laundry room with full washer and dryer make living easy. Surf board storage for your board.

This is the ground floor of a two unit home, both are for guest as listed on airbnb as seperate listings. Rarely do more than 2 adult guest occupy either place so there is little or no noise problem from either.
