59B Swordfish is truly an experience you won't regret when you are in Subic Bay. The house was designed and built thinking of families and group of friends that dream to escape the city grind and have time to breathe and create memories together.

This house is spacious yet intimate. It's for both early birds and night owls. For extroverts and introverts. Our dream when building this house was for you to not just find a place to stay in Subic Bay, but find a house you can also call a home.

Bring your gaming console or ready your movie nights because our living room boasts of a 65" HD TV. (Yes, there’s NETFLIX & DISNEY+) Not only that, but it is truly a place where you can lounge and have deep night conversations. Also, one of the grammable areas in our house!

Dining Room
A 6-8 seater dining table will surely allow everyone to eat together, have great conversations, and an ideal place to play board games too! Also, there is a water dispenser available within reach.

Kitchen
Gas stove w/ oven, refrigerator, rice cooker, microwave. A fully functional kitchen is really all we need.

Breakfast Nook
One of our favorite places to drink our morning coffee or tea. Complete with complimentary coffee and tea, water kettle, and coffee maker. You can also grab your laptop and work here if you need to get work done! Truly one of the quiet places in the house.

Reading Corner
Books + reading lamp + coziest chair = a readers dream. For all who want to get away from the crowd, this place is perfect for you.

Pet Room
Being pet lovers ourselves, we know the hassle of trying to look for someone or a place to take care of our beloved pets when we're planning a vacation. General rule we have is that pets are ONLY allowed inside the pet room and out in veranda. But we understand that this might not be possible for some pet owners and would like to them in the bedrooms etc. Please do inquire about it and we can see what we can do (NOTE: ONLY potty trained furbabies can be granted this exemption)

Veranda
This spacious outdoor area is for the nature lovers out there. The forest is right outside your window - literally! Complete also with a huge outdoor sofa, 6 seating dining set, and bar stools this area is great for the entire group to spend time together. Oh and did someone say BBQ? Charcoal is on us!

The house has a garage that fits one car, but another car can park right behind it. You can also park on the street right in front of the property. (3) parking spaces

Ann (my wife) and Marc (our brother) host these two homes. We all live in Subic Bay, where we enjoy morning runs, café hopping, quick stops at Royal Duty Free, and walks along the seafront. We’re aspiring Airbnb hosts with a heart for creating spaces where guests can truly rest and make lasting memories.
