BEVERLY HILLS Beautiful Luxury Room

Apartment - Private room · South Peck Drive, Beverly Hills, CA 90212, United States

The Space

Welcome to the luxury capital of the world! You will be staying in the safest, cleanest and most exclusive area of Los Angeles. Have you ever wondered what it's like to live in a hotel? Well, this place was built as a luxury hotel in the HEART of the affluent and ritzy city of Beverly Hills. Think of a mini 'Chateau Marmont' sitting on the 'Golden Triangle'. This is one of the coolest apartments in all Beverly Hills. Living here has been a constant dream vacation. There is a reason why most of the top celebrities, athletes, CEOs, famous artists, designers and major politicians, play and live in this city. Proof of their love to this city is the constant paparazzi on my block just down the street where some serious shopping goes on. Just about a 2 minute walk is world famous Rodeo Drive!.

Even in the center of Beverly Hills, my location is more central than some of the best hotels in this city (like: Four Seasons, Beverly Hilton, Beverly Hills Hotel and Peninsula) and instead of a 1 king bed room, you get to stay in the former Presidential Suite of a historic luxury hotel! You're a few steps away from dozens of world class restaurants, shops, hotels, museums, galleries and multiple famous movie locations as well as tour busses and public transit.

This lush and charming building sits in the middle of everything really (20 min. taxi/car to Downtown and 15 min taxi/car to Santa Monica Pier right on the sand). Beverly Hills is conveniently located between the beaches (Santa Monica, Venice and Malibu), UCLA (Westwood and Belair) and Central LA (Hollywood, Downtown Los Angeles, and Pasadena). If you love biking, this is your best location. Its also walking distance to Century City (1.2 m), and the majority of the most popular Boulevards in LA such as Wilshire (0.1 m) m), Robertson (1.2m), La Cienega (1.6 m), Santa Monica (0.3 m) and Sunset Blvd (1.5 m).

Renaissance elegance sets the mood in the common areas of the building. The lobby is accented with dramatic features such as a chandelier, stained glass windows, Spanish tiling and frescos on the ceilings. Enjoy the sunset/sunrise on the rooftop or go on a 5 minute walk for some big time celebrity sightings in Beverly Hills! Give me an idea of your style and I could suggest many other things to do in LA.

Your accommodations are in the guest room of the 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom corner room (which used to be one of the presidential suites) on the upper floor of this beautiful historic building. The suite was recently remodeled and is now a gorgeous apartment that features great architectural details such as hardwood floors, recessed lighting, granite countertops, marble bathroom floors and crown moldings. Great fit for those who like to get complimentary upgraded at hotels :-) Feel free to use the kitchen and make yourself a meal or relax in the living room as well

I occupy the master bedroom and we share the common bathroom. The place is professionally cleaned a couple of times a month so you might see the housekeeper once or twice during your stay. is a washer and dryer available in the building. If you have a car please let me know in advance since parking is $6.00 extra per night. I work full time and I'm out of the apartment for most of the day so enjoy!

  • Andre was a great host! He made sure that we were comfortable and feel at home.
The place is very artsy and cool with so many art work covering the each walls.
The location is what really got us interested in first place, and we enjoyed the fact that there is a Equinox fitness 2 mins away and the Rodeo drive to walk to.
    I highly recommend Andre's place.

  • What can I say? I think I made an awesome new friend! Sean was so kind and helpful throughout my stay. His apartment is like living in a dream apartment in the middle of it all! Literally just steps away from Rodeo Drive, this is the place to be! Everything was within walking distance and the weather just happened to be AWESOME when I was here so it was such a treat to be able to walk everywhere.
Overall, the apartment was clean, the bed was super comfy, and Sean was a delight. Can't wait for my next trip!

  • Sean was so nice and accommodating. Our flight from JFK was delayed three hours, and we arrived so late. Sean got up and buzzed us in and even helped us with parking. His place is amazing. I hope to return. Five stars.

About
I'm a young professional, very clean and respectful. I've lived in multiple cities and countries and now in Los Angeles where I can focus on all my different passions. I can't live without chocolate, film, music, beach, art and day/nightlife. My favorite traveling destination is any warm beach. But I also love going to remote places I've never been to before like ancient ruins or natural beauties and wonders of the world. My favorite book right now is probably 'Fingerprints of the Gods' by Graham Hancock. I love all kinds of movies since I moved to LA to make movies myself and aside from work I have fallen in love with this city and everything it has to offer. I love the idea of helping out other cool travelers like you make your journey to LA for whatever your reasons are. I have a very eclectic taste of music and it ranges from classic rock, 80's pop, indie, dance, reggae, classical, house, 90's, jazz, bossa nova, foreign and pretty much anything with a good beat or tune. I like all kinds of food pretty much but mostly stick to the healthier options when it comes to groceries so almost everything I have is organic and fresh but you have a section in the fridge if you want to put some stuff in there and while you're at it, the first drink is on me :-) I'm excited and glad to share my space with some cool travelers so hit me up and make your journey to Beverly Hills happen! Super chill hospitable and laid back guy here. Looking forward to host you.
