Charming spacious studio apartment right in the center of San Francisco. It's a top floor unit (with elevator), big bay window, hardwood floors, full kitchen and bathroom. It's great place and conveniently (website hidden), Internet included, Stove, Coffeemaker, Microwave in kitchen. Ideal for one or a couple. I do a nice, new Ikea couch which is comfortable too for sleeping (I've only done siestas, and it's great for that) The bed is a full size. Super comfortable, I've situated it in what I call, The nook, it's a giant walk-in closet, but there are 2 entrances w/ doors, and a window..so I consider it the bedroom nook. It's quiet in the nook to sleep as it's away from the front of building. Great morning light in the apt, and good restaurants to eat at near by. It's less than 10 minute walk to Downtown, Nob Hill, Hayes Valley. About 15 minute walk to Soma and just a short bus ride to Mission, North Beach.
Very helpful host!
We had a wonderful stay at Spencer's place.
The flat was quiet, sunny and we loved the furniture as well.
Spencer also gave us a lot of good places to eat, drink and have breakfasts : we went to many of them and it was perfect.
We recommend that place !
Loved the place it was so clean and Spencer was so helpful and easy to communicate with from the start.
Everything was great with our stay at Spencer's SFO apt. He described the apt perfectly and the pictures do it justice. He was very flexible with check in/out time and available if we needed him. He even left us some tips regarding, trash, laundry and cool places to eat. :-)
Spencer was a fantastic host. He gave clear directions on using the public transit system in SF, left the keys in a lockbox, and included a list of helpful things from doing the laundry to taking out the trash. His apartment was just as he said it would be. He also emailed us a list of his favorite restaurants and coffee shops, and my husband and I hit up nearly all of them, and they were all great. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying with Spencer.
My stay was exactly what I expected, and Spencer was communicative and helpful. I was in town for a conference at the Moscone Center, and it would have been a bit of a hike (20 minutes) from Spencer's apartment, but it was perfect with a bicycle.
Spencer was a great host. We never got the chance to meet but we had contact via text and mail. He was very accommodating and keen on making sure we made it to the apartment. The apartment was good, clean and as advertised. The only caveat is the neighborhood - be aware that at times tenderloin can be a bit on the rough side, but Spencer was good in preparing us for this with recommendations on how to act and which streets to take. Overall it was a great stay!
