Ideal home base any time of year! We're 100 yards to the lift, yet only 2 blocks from the center of downtown Breckenridge. We have a very comfortable king size bed in the sleeping loft, new LED TV, new bathroom, full kitchen, and a heated garage.
Amazing location! We're only 100 meters to the snowflake chair lift, right across the street from Four O'Clock ski run, yet only 2 blocks from the center of Main St, and all of the shopping, dining, and action in historic downtown! Ideal home base any time of year.

- Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, toaster, coffee maker, crock pot, popcorn maker, blender, and all pots/pans and cooking utensils you might need

- 32" flat screen TV and DVD player in the loft
- An incredibly toasty gas fireplace

- Access to the pool/hot tub complex that was updated in 2010 -- with an indoor/outdoor heated swimming pool, 3 hot tubs, locker room with showers & storage lockers, and heated walks.
- Designated heated garage space - a rare and highly sought after perk. It means no shoveling/scraping, or moving your car for the plows in the winter...and excellent for storing bikes/rafts/kayaks/etc in the summer to keep your stuff out of sight and safe.
You won't really need a car staying in our condo. So if you choose not to drive, you can walk everywhere you need...no need to wait for the shuttle. However, there's a bus stop out front if you want a free ride to City Market, the recreation center, ice rink or anywhere else in town...or in summit county via link to the summit stage free bus system.
Upon booking, we will send you our welcome guide, which outlines everything you might want to know about the condo, town, mountain, restaurants, bars, suggestions, tips, etc. We want you to make the most of your visit, so we're always updating it based on our experience and our guest's feedback.
4 night minimum during holidays, 3 night minimum during ski season and peak times (can be flexible if backing up to another reservation), and 2 night minimum in all other scenarios.
Best price you'll find for this ideal location and amenities!
Nothing is shared, you'll have full access to everything described.
Interaction with Guests
We're fully available to our guests, providing both of our cell phone numbers if anything is needed during your stay. Our welcome guide outlines everything you might want to know in advance of your stay, but we're always fast to respond to any additional questions you might have.
Being 2 blocks from the center of downtown is key all year long!
Typical day: make breakfast and coffee in the kitchen, put on all ski gear in warmth of condo, walk 100 steps to the lift, ski a few hours, ski right back to the condo, jump in one of the hot tubs, enjoy a Colorado craft beer or two, take a nap, read a book next to the fireplace, walk 2 blocks to downtown for dinner and drinks, climb into loft and crash in the warm cozy king size bed.
You probably won't need it, but there is a bus stop 50 yards away to take you anywhere you might want to go in Breck. Transfer at the gondola lot to catch the Summit Stage bus to take you anywhere in Summit County...including Frisco, Dillon, Silverthorne, Keystone, A-Basin, Copper Mountain, and Leadville.
Other Things to Note
The king bed is in our sleeping loft. To use it, you must be nimble enough to climb the ladder into the loft.
1) Absolutely NO SMOKING!
2) Shoes/boots need to be taken off at the door.
3) No pets (it's a dumb HOA rule, which comes with a hefty fine if violated unfortunately)
Great experience. Gina and Bryan proactively provided a welcome packet and other info. The keyless lock is wonderful...they provide a code ahead of time and you simply show up and let yourself in without having to take time to deal with any kind of check-in process. We found the place exactly as described and location could not be any better....right next to the Snowflake Lift and a few short blocks to walk into town and visit the shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is very quiet and it was extremely nice to be on the ground level instead of having to hike up stairs with ski gear on.
Awesome apartment in the middle of it all and so convenient to the slopes-truly ski in/ski out and walking distance to downtown. Highly recommend!
Gina and Bryan were very accommodating and responsive before the trip. "Checking in" was very easy. The complex is small and about a five minute walk to closest lift and a ten minute or so walk to town. Hot tub and pool is not in the same complex, but a short walk (five or so minutes) and has a few hot tubs and a heated pool where the crowd is mostly families.
Unit itself is quite small, with a living area with a gas fireplace, TV and pull out couch and a loft above with a large king size bed. Unit is good for necessities, but has few windows and is a bit small and dark (no view, for example) like you may expect from a ski in/ski out. This didn't bother us much because skiing and town were both so close, but worth mentioning. Reserved spot in the garage is very useful. The hosts also have prepared a nice guidebook with recommendations around town which was nice to have at our disposal.
First of all, Bryan and Gina were super welcoming and very responsive to all questions. I also appreciated that they were flexible with a couple of requests I had.
I can't imagine a better location. It was exactly as they described - just one block to the Snowflake lift that gets you started on Peak 8, and two blocks from downtown. We literally walked everywhere and did not get back in our car until we left.
The space is pretty small, but they did a great job of utilizing it and it was comfortable for two people. The loft they built is very well done, and the king size bed is really comfortable. You can look down at the HDTV downstairs when laying in bed. I'm 5'10" and it is not possible for me to stand up at any spot in the loft, but it was just a small inconvenience.
Overall, it was a really great place to stay and I would definitely recommend it.
The place was fantastic!! Just as described!! The location is unbeatable, it my our Ski trip so much better!!
We had a wonderful experience! The condo is comfortable and convenient. We will be back.
Excellent stay! Perfect location! Will do it again for sure. Bryan and Gina offered great hospitality and were generous when an issue did happen to come up.

My husband and I live in wonderful Denver, CO. We love to travel internationally and experience the local flavor of each place we visit. Likewise, we're excited to host visitors from all over the country and world! We're very active and love the outdoors. We don't smoke and we appreciate a clean place to stay (and provide a clean place to stay). We speak English and (a little) Spanish.
