Enjoy your stay in this 3 bedroom, 1 King size bed, 2 Queen size, 2.5 bathroom home located just minutes away from downtown Troy. Our unique and spacious home offers extreme comfort and has many amenities: A beautiful Front Porch and spacious backyard with a large deck and Gazebo, Off street parking. Close to RPI, Emma Willard, Russel Sage, Hudson Valley Community College and SUNY Albany. Lots of quaint shops and restaurants downtown. Troy also has a very robust Farmers Market every Saturday.

The space
The first floor features beautiful white cabinets with Quartz countertop and tiled backsplashes..The first floor also features side mud room, laundry and a half bath. In addition the first floor has 9 foot ceilings to give the room a nice open feel. Moving upstairs the entire hallway has been beautifully hand stenciled. Each of the first two spacious bedrooms has cathedral ceilings. You have a full bathroom just to the left at the top of the stairs. Each bedroom has plenty of closet space, the middle bedroom even has a small loft area that can be used for storage. The upstairs hallway has a linen closet just outside the master bed room. The Master Bedroom upon entry has a beautifully hand stenciled wall with a gorgeous transom window for a unique accent. The Master has its own finished walk in closet. The Master Bathroom offers a beautiful double vanity, tiled floor, it's own linen closet and a beautiful shower. The Front porch has composite decking with vinyl columns, stone pillars, perfect for the nights you want to just relax. The house also has a new sidewalks outfront and blacktop driveway. Other things to note
Saratoga Thoroughbred Race Track and Saratoga Performing Arts Center are only 35 minutes from us . We are very close to I -87 that takes you right to the Track and SPAĆ. If you like summer baseball we are 8 minutes from Joe Bruno Stadium where the ValleyCats play. Some more close locations for music are the MVP Arena, The Egg, The Linda in downtown Albany. Both Locations 20 minutes from us.
