This lovely upper class Apartment is based in central Dublin (Dublin 2), next to the Grand Canal Theatre and Grand Canal Square.
The apartment is located 15 to 20 minutes walk, short bus ride or 7 euro taxi to the city centre.
There are also great restaurants, cafes and bars in the neighbourhood.
You are also walking distance to literally all of the top tourist, sporting, cultural and night-life spots.
There is one double bedroom available for booking (with it's own bathroom).
Manfred's apartment was a very nice place to stay at in Dublin. The room was a 15 min walk to Trinity College/Temple Bar district and though not centrally located, we enjoyed that it was a quiet apartment building and neighborhood. We loved the cafe downstairs, Il Valentino. We did not get to meet Manfred, who is the host, but his flatmate, Peter was accommodating. The bedroom was a good size for two people who spent most of their time out & about. The bathroom was huge and those facilities worked great.
Manfred made me really feel at home: he is a comforting person. He also knows Dublin very well as he has been around for quite a while. I will certainly recommend his place for friends to stay while in Dublin.
This place is very good, clean, and nice location. You can walk to the city center and other tourist spots within 10 - 20 mins. Manfred is very kind and flexible. He gave me some info on how to get around Dublin as well. Really recommended.
Manfred was a great host, very friendly and relaxed. The flat was clean and very tidy with everything you would need for a pleasant stay. I love this area - it's really close to the citycentre but is quiet and attractive with great cafes and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.
I had a great staying at Manfred's and his flatmate Peter.
The room is confortable and the flat in a good location, next to the canal and the city center.
Manfred was very nice and helpful.
I recommend it !!!
Manfred was a great host, very easy-going, friendly and he had loads of advice which I appreciated. He directed me to a free walking tour, which was one of the highlights of my time in Dublin, and lent me a map, which came in handy when my phone died.
It was a nice apartment in a great location on the Liffey river. Only a 20 minute walk to the middle of town, but there were plenty of taxis and buses passing by when my feet grew tired on the way back after a very long day of walking.
Manfred was a great host and very willing to help out during my stay with him. The apartment is in a great location it was very easy to get around. I would definitely stay with Manfred again. Thanks your generosity and good luck with everything.
