The space
Our home offers guests a private studio perfect for couples, friends, or singles visiting New York City.

Complete with a full size bed, dresser, smart TV, closet, reading nook, access to kitchen and dedicated bathroom (with standing shower).

Close to transportation, we are just a 15 minute walk or an 8 minute bus ride to the train.

From the train guests can reach

DUMBO in 25 minutes

Wall Street in 35 minutes

Times Square in 45 minutes

Department stores, supermarkets, and places to eat are all within walking distance of our house.

Guest access
Guest will be able to access the home via a private entrance, in the driveway and through the mechanical room*.

Although we do live in the home we respect our guest's rights to privacy and will NOT occupy, or utilize any of the amenities offered while guests are staying with us.

*The mechanical room is a shared space and is monitored at all times.

During your stay
We love meeting our guests, and should guest need to reach us we are right upstairs and are always available via DM.

Other things to note
We apologize in advance for the occasional noise, as we do live with our family.

Our home is a smoke free environment, we do NOT allow smoking in or anywhere on the property. Guest caught smoking will be asked to leave, locked out of the apartment, and will lose their deposit.

A guest may have visitors, but only the guests who booked should be staying in the room. Events, parties, and meetups are NOT allowed.

Part of the "Little Caribbean" section of Brooklyn, East Flatbush has some of the best West Indian and Caribbean restaurants and businesses in the city.

Flatbush Junction, only one stop away via subway (Flatbush Avenue/Brooklyn College) is a must for anyone visiting the area. Not only will you find businesses such as Target, Starbucks, Aldi's, and HomeGoods here, but "the Junction" is home to many great local businesses and shops.
