Guest access
Guest access

Guests have full, private access to the entire chalet, terrace, sauna, and outdoor space.

You can choose between two check-in options:
• In-person key handoff — a local host can meet you at the property
• Faceless/self check-in — keys can be arranged on request

Please note: This is not a city hotel. The road to the chalet is a mountain road that climbs up to 2700 meters elevation. While it’s a scenic and SUV-friendly drive, it can be steep and unpaved in sections — we strongly recommend using a vehicle with good clearance, especially in winter.

Other things to note
• This is a remote mountain chalet, located at 2700m elevation. While it’s accessible year-round, it’s still the mountains—please bring warm clothes, proper shoes, and anything you’d take to a national park.
• The road is not a city road — it’s a steep mountain route with gravel in some sections. We highly recommend using an SUV or a car with high clearance, especially in winter or rainy weather.
• There is a small eco-fee checkpoint on the way. Please bring some local cash.
• No food is provided — bring your own groceries for the full chalet experience. You can order delivery which takes about 1-2 hours. There is a groceries store Globus in karakol city.
