Welcome to Amazing loft in San Lorenzo!
Amazing loft in San Lorenzo is a space of 100 square meters on two levels. Downstairs you will find a warm and colorful living room, kitchen and two bathrooms, one with bath and one with shower.
On the upper floor, with parquet floor, you will find two charming and comfortable bedrooms. A romantic bedroom with a private living room and a single room with TV and DVD player in the room.If you will find reserved the romantic room you will reserve the other one at this link https://www.airbnb.it/rooms/1068125.
The upper floor is surrounded by a balcony that faces the space in front of the kitchen. Amazing loft has a minimal structure, but my passion for colors and vintage furniture makes it unique.
Guests who choose to stay in amazing loft will have the comfort of the bathroom for the exclusive use of wi-fi throughout the house, use of the kitchen for other meals in accordance with my disponibility.the convenience of being in the center, but without the loud noise of traffic and local. Amazing loft is in a typical courtyard house in the early twentieth century.
And it 's situated in a very lively district, the taste is a little' bohemian. The lights of the local craft shops, artists' studios make it a vital area of the city.A small country where people love to live in the streets and squares of day and night. In addition to an endless variety of restaurants, pubs, disco pub, there is also a cinema and a theater and various exhibition spaces.
It is also an historic neighborhood:in fact near my home there is the old Roman walls Aurelian, the monumental cemetery of Verano and the churches of St. Bibiana designed by Bernini and the Basilica of San Lorenzo outside the walls built between the second and sixth centuries BC.
It 'also a well-stocked supermarket, shops for organic food and day you can stroll in the historic neighborhood market.
A sort of New York Village where you live on a human scale and where you can 'reach (on foot!) Sites of artistic interest.
With only ten minutes walking you arrive at Termini Station, in five minutes you reach the metro Vittorio Emanuele, another interesting neighborhood of the city, a few meters you can take buses and trams.
Of course you can count on my willingness to give information, advice and tips to make the most of your stay!
You can take the train from Fiumicino called Leonardo (cost 13-15 euro) or the bus of Terravision Company(6 euro) that will take you directly to Termini in half an hour and from there you can reach Amazing Loft or 10-minutes walking or taking a taxi (6-8 euro).
From Ciampino airport you can take the Terravision bus
Was a very nice stay in Rome, Fabiana was a very good host! The appartement was clean and nice furnished!
Fabiana is very nice, she gave us many good information about Roma.
Clean room, comfortable bed
We had a perfect stay at Fabiana's loft.
We didn't meet Fabiana, but her friend recieved us and showed us everything. The room and bathroom are simple, but really all you need is there. The other room Fabiana rents has a somewhat bigger bathroom, so if it's important for you you can rent the other room :). Since we were there mostly for sleeping, it was just what we wanted! A nice small restaurant was around the corner, as well as places to get breakfast. All good!
Fabiana is a wonderfull host. I strongly recommend this address if you want to enjoy your journey in Roma.
Fabiana was a great host. Unfortunately, we accidentally booked one night before our cruise arrived into port, leaving her waiting all day for us and worrying about what happened. Sorry again! Rule #2 that we learned: when making multiple reservations traveling through Europe, print out a calendar and do things by hand. The place was clean and modern. About 15 minutes walking to Roma Termini station. From there, you can catch all of the hop-on tour busses to see the sights of Rome. We used this extensively. Getting to the airport, you have several options departing from the Roma Termini station. The neighborhood is eclectic and we had some delicious pizza around the corner at Formula 1 - thanks for the recommendation, Fabiana.
Fabiana was such a lovely, friendly and helpful host with a great apartment in such a good location. Apartment was about a 15 minute walk from Roma Termini in a residential area and as a solo female traveller, I always felt safe in the area. Apartment was cozy and clean and the private bathroom was a plus! Shower is small but is expected in Europe and was not a problem for me even though I'm 5'10. Will definitely return to the apartment if I am lucky enough to return to Rome!
Fabiana was a very welcoming host and the roomin hear appartment was very nice as well. The bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean. If I came back to Rome, I would stay here again.
Fabiana's apartment is great for a visit to Rome. It is very close to Termini and walking distance to the Colosseum, Forum and Palatine Hill. Fabiana is very friendly and a great host. Highly recommend.
L'appartement de Fabiana est idéal pour une visite à Rome. Il est très proche de la gare Termini et à distance de marche du Colisée, Forum et le Palatin colline. Fabiana est très aimable et un hôte fantastique. Je le recommande vivement.
We totally enjoyed our stay at Fabianas place. She is such a lovely and lively host. Nice flat and you have enough space to hang out, read or watch a DVD. The area looks gritty at first but is actually trendy with plenty bars and restaurants. For best pizza Formula Uno is around the corner, yummy and cheap. If you fancy more style Pommodoro is 5mins walk (Nicole Kidman ate there). In San Lorenzo you can dine and drink with local prices, unlike in the tourist areas. For breakfast just go to Via Tiburtina cafebars and get coffee and cornetti for 3 Euro. Supermarket is down the road where you can get Parmegiano and other Italian treats to take home. 10mins walk you are at Termini or you go to Manzini Metro stop. Colosseum is a 30min stroll along San Giovanni Basilica. Worth it!! Thank you again Fabianna!!!
