It is a very quiet area, surrounded by excellent restaurants, bars. It is very easy to take a taxi on Avenue 23 to any place in the city. We have the Habanero Malecon, many hotels like the National Hotel, the Monument of José Martí and El Che. It's really very quiet and safe at all times !!!
