About the Host, Mary
I am English and before coming to La Roque I lived in London. I have three grown up children two of whom live in England and one daughter here in La Roque. I always wanted to live somewhere where on could walk on bare feet on stone floors and it was sunny and where it was easy for my family to visit. I have a degree in Microbiology and an interest in alternative medicine but not to the exclusion of allopathic and in environmental issues. I love cooking and exercising (weights) plus walking with my daughter's chocolate lab ador
