Welcome to our family friendly home in Sugarland! The beautiful open floor plan with a large kitchen island will make family gatherings even more enjoyable as you overlook the living room and dining area. Keep an eye on all the kiddos with a direct eye shot into the playroom/movie room. 3 Spacious bedrooms sleep 8 with a toddler bed and crib available. Movie theatre, playroom, puppet theatre, and fenced in back yard with playground and trampoline will keep everybody entertained for hours!

The space
Open floor plan, great for entertaining and for family interaction! Beautiful large kitchen with stainless steel appliances, Keurig and wine fridge! Large movie theater/playroom with apple tv! Playground, trampoline and shed with scooter, skateboard and other toys all in a fenced in backyard! One of our favorite parts of the home is the banana tree in the back yard!
