Beautiful island home with two large bedrooms and spacious living room, a nice modern kitchenette. There is a new 1000 sf deck with an outdoor shower with 180 views of the Atlantic Ocean and lawn. The house combines a quaint décor with all the modern amenities: Smeg fridge, appliances w microwave, TVs etc. The upstairs bedroom which is the entire floor has a king bed and separate bunk beds with removable wall which is perfect for family in addition to the downstairs bedroom and bathroom.

The space
On the first floor there's a bedroom with a queen size bed, a modern kitchenette and a living/dining area with a sleeper sofa. On the second floor you'll find is a master bedroom with a king bed and TV. There is also a lounge area, home office with a desk top and wifi. The building is located next to a larger home but it has total privacy and separate driveway.

The cottage is a great location, 5 mins drive to town and is also enroute to some of the main attractions on the southeast side of the island such as the Southeast Lighthouse and the Mohegan Bluffs… the spring house, Atlantic Inn and 1661 are a mile away.
