Beautiful island home with 3 bedrooms and spacious living room, a nice modern kitchenette. The upstairs is one large floor with a privacy wall for the 3rd bedroom. There is a new 1000 sf deck with an outdoor shower on the deck with wrapping views of the Atlantic Ocean and lawn.

The space
The house combines a quaint décor with all the modern amenities: Smeg fridge, appliances w microwave, TVs etc. The upstairs bedroom which is the entire floor has a king bed and separate trundle bed with removable wall which is perfect for family in addition to the downstairs bedroom and bathroom.

On the first floor there's a bedroom with a queen size bed, a modern kitchenette and a living/dining area with a sleeper sofa. The main floor has central air the second floor does not but with windows and fans there’s always a steady ocean breeze on the hill.

On the second floor you'll find is a main bedroom loft with a king bed and TV. There is also a lounge area, home office with a desk top and fiber optic WiFi throughout the property. Part of the Main Bedroom Loft Suite is an adjacent space with a trundle bed that sleeps 2. The building is located next to a larger home and it has total privacy and separate driveway divided with large privets. Never had an issue.

This bohème home offers a great getaway for family and friends that are looking to explore Block Island. The house is on Spring street, just passed the Spring House in an excellent location close to the beach and town.
