  • Good location, easy to find. It was a bit noisy but to be expected since your near the hospital. Spacious appartment that was nice to stay in.

  • From the moment we walked into our Rome apartment until the moment we left, I felt like I was in a luxury hotel. Not only because the kitchen and rooms were great, but because the level of service was better than most places we’ve stayed at.

Tomasso and Guido were extremely attentive throughout our entire stay. Any little problem we had, they quickly responded and made sure to get things fixed. They gave us some great recommendations for restaurants, bars and grocery stores and stayed in communication with us.

I would highly recommend this apartment to my friends and family and we look forward to staying here again when we come back to Rome.

    THE APARTMENT
The apartment looks exactly like the pictures and the decor is modern, yet comfortable.

The bed and pillows were pretty hard but after the first night we were used to it. There were also plenty of towels and bedding and the washer/dryer combination worked fine.

The shower was extremely small but the nice big bathtub made up for it. The building is old, so we had a few problems along they way, cold water, electricity going out, clogged drain but after all, that’s part of the experience. As soon as we had a problem, it was fixed extremely quickly and never once did we have a problem getting in touch with the hosts.

    FAVORITES
I loved the spacious kitchen and the bedroom. The kitchen came with your standard spices and typical cooking utensils, even a tea strainer so we could have our tea!

We decided to stay in the back bedroom because it was off the street and it felt a little bit more private, and it had a great view of gardens and old buildings. The windows let in tons of natural light and all the windows have shutters so you can keep it dark if you want. A couple of times we opened up the windows to let the fresh breeze in. It was romantic and comfortable.

    NOISE LEVEL
One side of the apartment faces the street but very rarely did we hear people and cars. The other side faced what seemed to be gardens and all we heard were birds chirping. The apartment is located near a hospital so throughout the day and night you can hear sirens, for us, it was no big deal.

    LOCATION
The apartment is minutes from St. Peters Basilica and Castel Sant’Angelo. Cross the bridge and you’re in Piazza Navona or walk down the street and you’re in Trastevere. Since we were staying at the apartment for a few weeks we found a little market next to the apartment where we would get fresh meats, cheeses and wine. When we wanted to stay in, there was a great little pizza place below the apartment that had great pizza for about 7Euro.

    WiFi
In general the WiFi was great. The connections were good and we were able to watch movies, (website hidden) and work.

  • Apartamento espectacular!
    Totalmente recomendable!

  • It truly is a lovely apartment, close to the Vatican and Trastevere, and easily walkable into the historic centre. Guido's communication was always clear and replies were fast. We found the amenities in the apartment easy to use and had no problems with anything. An absolutely perfect stay!

  • Nice apartment, great location if you prefer a more quite area, close to very good running in the huge and beautiful park 10 minutes from the flat. Overall experience: High five!

  • Guido was super relaxed and easy to deal with, making check-in extremely smooth and easy. The apartment is absolutely beautiful, open, spacious, wonderfully decorated, and looks just like the pictures. It was also the most comfortable bed that we slept-in in Italy. The location is in a tucked away street up a very steep hill; our cab driver actually had a bit of a problem finding it when we first arrived. Be aware that it is right next to a hospital, so you will hear a lot of sirens, but they never bothered me with earplugs. Very close to the Vatican, and not far at all from Campo de Fiori where we spent a lot of time. However, if you are definitely looking to stay in Trastevere, it's not really in the main part of that neighborhood, but about a 10-15 minute walk away. Overall we had a great stay and a great experience. Thank you Guido!

  • Really enjoy the time staying in Guido's apartment! Guido and Tomasso are so considerate and provide us as many help as they can. Speaking of the apartment, it's in the hub of the city and reaches to most tourist attractions. well decorated and full of modern design elements on the furniture. Highly recommend this place and definitely will stay here next time coming to Rome!
