Superb!!! My family travels a lot but this was our first experience with booking via Airbnb. It was my husband and I and our twin daughters of 17. Everything advertised is exactly as promised but even better in person. The apartment was perfectly located close to all the main attractions. We either walked or jumped into cabs. Rome was unusually hot ( hottest in 50 years) while we were there so it was FANTASTIC to come back to a beautiful apartment that was fully air conditioned. The latter worked very well. Everything was up to snuff in terms of amenities. It was also squeaky clean. I would definitely stay here again when I'm back in Rome.
We had some great days in Rome and the apartment was a good base with a great location – in walking distance for most of the sights. We enjoyed the apartment - it is very nice, clean and fully equipped – perfect for a family of 4. The local neighborhood offers many different restaurants and it is easy to find small supermarkets nearby. Communication with Guido was easy and we always got quick answers. We can highly recommend Guido and his apartment.
Really lovely flat very close to the Vatican. It is spacious enough for four adults not to feel cramped. Lots of interesting works of art! Guido was incredibly helpful, even allowing us to leave our cases until we left in the mid afternoon.
One word of warning-it's on a fairly steep hill so make sure you're fit enough to do the short walk from the bottom.
On the whole a great experience-thanks Guido.
Roma! such a big city. We were only there for 3 days, so we could just scratch the surface. We did not meet Guido, but his representative was very helpful on both the pre-stay information and when we arrived. The apartment was our favorite of all four that we stayed in during this trip. A full kitchen and living area as well as two full bathroom and bedrooms. Perfect for our family with two teenagers.
This apartment is close to the Vatican and Trastevere, both easily walkable. The Trastevere neighborhood is buzzing at night and is quite the party place. We went there two evenings.
We took a taxi over to the Forum and Colliseum. Only about 10 euro, the same for the taxi from the train station. Once we were there, we walked and walked.
Our host made arrangements for a car service to pick us up and take us to the airport. 40 euro.
Thank you again for a beautiful apartment, it was everything that we could ask for.
Guido is a helpful and quick responded owner, his house has a wonderful location, we went to St. Peter Church every morning and night, nice restaurants and grocery store around, good public traffic system near by. We got a nice stay, thanks for everything
We stayed in the apartment for a long weekend. The apartment had more than enough space for two couples and everything we needed for our short stay. The location meant that we could walk to most of the major sites and if not taxis were very easy to hail. I would happily recommend this place to friends or family.
Guido's apartment was beautiful, clean, spacious and nicely furnished. Great location. It had everything we needed and was just as described. Loved the artwork!
