Completely new studio near the Javaplein in Amsterdam East, a sparkling neighboorhood with a big variety of restaurants , cafe's, museums, parks etc.
The studio accomodates everything you need: a bed for two persons, a private bathroom and a private kitchen (including a fridge and cooker) so you have your own private place in the middle of Amsterdam. Towels and bedlinnen are included.
The studio is next to trainstation 'Amsterdam Muiderpoort' (about 5 minutes walk) so very easy to reach with public transportation. Tram 14 is just around the corner and will take you to the centre in just 7 minutes.
Brilliant apartment with everything a couple on a city break need. Clean, comfortable and Stephanie is a very attentive host. Great location and close to a train station and in 2 minute walking distance to numerous tram routes. I would definitely recommend this to anyone I know visiting Amsterdam, a great find.
Stephanie was an incredible host; friendly and helpful, her folder with all the information in was very useful. The flat was in a nice area and it was easy to get around thanks to the tram information she provided. The flat itself was exactly as described - bright, cute and just what we needed.
We would recommend the Van Gogh musuem and a canal boat trip and anywhere in Rembrandtplein to relax in a coffee shop.
The only small probably was the internet kept cutting out, clearly a very minor problem! Everything else was great.
It was our first trip to Amsterdam and won't be our last!
Comfortable, private little studio. Easy access to main attractions by tram, yet far enough away from the kinetic energy of the Center.
Stephanie was pleasant and informative. The little bag of chocolates that greeted me was a thoughtful and delicious welcoming touch.
Perfect for a short visit to Amsterdam
Thanks again Stephanie.
Stephanie was a great host and everything in the room description is exact. Thank you so much for an amazing stay Stephanie and I hope to return to Amsterdam to stay with you again soon! :)
I stayed in Stephanie's studio for three nights and I can absolutely recommend it. It is exactly as in the pictures, very clean and cozy. Admittedly, it is very small (and the staircase is rather challenging..), but after all, you're in Amsterdam and should be out and about! Stephanie is the perfect Airbnb-host, very friendly and helpful.Dank je well, Stephanie!
My boyfriend and I stayed at Stephanie's for a weekend in december, and we fell in love directly with the cosiness that we found in her apartment and Amsterdam itself. Though it was unfortunately a rainy weekend, we could retreat in the studio and felt very comfortable.
Further, Stephanie's way of communicating made us everything easier, as she showed herself more than committed and anticipated. We thank her for everything and wish to see her again.
We had an amazing stay in Stephanie's apartment in Amsterdam. Stephanie was there to greet us when we arrived and explained everything to us. She provided a folder for us with great tips for dining and getting around Amsterdam, as well as ideas of things to see. They were great recommendations that really helped us enjoy our stay!
The apartment was nice, clean and well furnished. It is a small space but the perfect size for 2 people. The bed was comfy and the heater was really effective. The location was great, about 15 minutes tram ride from the city centre. You can also take a tram pretty much direct to the museum district too. Very convenient location.
Overall we had a great stay at Stephanie's apartment, and we would definitely recommend staying here! Stephanie was lovely and super helpful and provided great advice for our stay in Amsterdam.
Stephanie's studio is perfect for a couple's weekend break. It's decorated really well and Stephanie was a great host who made us feel welcome. It's a short journey from the city centre in a lovely neighbourhood with a supermarket and cafés nearby, and there are 2 different trams and a train which get you into the centre quickly. There is a small hob in the studio to cook with which suited us fine but wouldn't allow big meals to be made. The internet is also quite temperamental but you should be out in the city if you're in Amsterdam anyway! Overall it felt like a very professional stay and I would highly recommend it.
I visited Amsterdam with my girlfriend and spent 5 days in Stephanie's studio in December 2013. It was our first airbnb experience and it was great!
The studio is small and cozy, in a nice and quiet neighborhood, 10-15 minute tram ride from the main city square. Stephanie was a great host, unobtrusive but very helpful - the airline lost my luggage on the way to Amsterdam and she helped out a lot in arranging for it to be delivered to the studio. We enjoyed our stay there and would recommend it.
It was a nice time! You feel like home coming and this in the middle of this wonderful city. The near for train to the city, the district and for sure the apt. Everything was great. Nice to be there...
