This spacious 124m², 2-bedroom self-catering apartment is within walking distance of the beach and just 8 km from Cape Town city centre. Includes a private laundry area, fast fibre internet, Netflix & Apple TV, plus back-up power for the apartment and lift.
The space

The building has a back-up generator for the elevator, while the apartment has its own inverter to keep the TV, Wi-Fi, lights and your devices powered during electricity outages.
Our spacious two-bedroom apartment has been recently refreshed and is kept to a high standard, with fresh paint throughout, a Bosch oven and hob, updated furniture and lighting, a new kitchen window and high-quality blackout curtains in both bedrooms. Ceiling fans have also been installed in both bedrooms for added comfort.
One of the apartment’s standout features is the spectacular ocean and mountain views. Large windows frame views of Table Mountain, Lion’s Head, Robben Island, the lagoon, Woodbridge Island and the lighthouse, with ocean views extending towards Kite Beach.
The apartment has two generous bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large open-plan living area, making it ideal for two adults and two children or four adults.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped for a comfortable self-catering stay and includes a fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Bosch oven and hob, kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine with a separate milk frother.
The lounge has two comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV, Netflix, Apple TV and a selection of DVDs.
The main bedroom has a very comfortable Simmons queen-size bed. Both bedrooms have blackout curtains and ceiling fans. The en-suite bathroom has a bath with an overhead shower, while the spacious second bathroom has a large walk-in shower.
At 124m² (approximately 1,300 sq ft), the apartment offers plenty of space, including an enclosed balcony with beautiful views and ocean views from every room.
Guests also have exclusive use of a private laundry room just outside the apartment, complete with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
A dedicated single garage for one vehicle is included within the secure ground-floor parking area.
We take pride in keeping the apartment well maintained and regularly make small improvements to ensure it remains comfortable, modern and welcoming.

Our apartment is ideal accommodation for the Cape Town 12 One Run participants. We are directly opposite the start and offer a view of the race start.
We have a fold up camp cot for an infant (6 months to 2 years). There is a foam mattress with a mattress protector, fitted sheet and foam pillow with pillowslip. We don't provide any linen or blankets for the camp cot, please bring your own. We don't have a bassinet, please bring your own if needed.

The apartment is just a 500-metre walk from the beach. World–renowned kite surfing destination Kite Beach is just a short drive north. The centre of Cape Town and V&A Waterfront are only a 15-minute drive away.
There's a fantastic new restaurant, called Fancy Frank's, which is a 5 min drive from the apartment. It's a steakhouse and bar in Ocean Square and a must try. Maestros on the Beach Restaurant now known as BOSSA Restaurant is also a must try for breakfast, lunch or dinner and is just across the road from the apartment.
CityROCK, a state of the art indoor climbing facility is a mere 2,8km drive from our apartment. Excellent facilities and a must visit. There's a coffee shop, specialist outdoor gear shop and yoga classes are offered.
Virgin Active Gym at Century City is a short drive away from the apartment and offers a daily rate option for day visitors. Well equipped gym!
